Sea Haven Resort Motel

I liked how close the property was to the center of town . The staff at the hotel was very welcoming and accommodating as well .

We (a couple) really had a perfect stay at Sea Haven over the Sept 13-14, 2025 weekend, and it will be our go-to place from now on when visiting the Hamptons -- which we will probably do more of now because Southampton is closer to NYC than most other Hamptons destinations and avoids all that one-lane traffic. The price was right and it was pet-friendly to the max with lots of room for dog Pancho to roam and chase his ball. Owner Omar and manager Bill could not have been nicer, with lots of spot-on recommendations for beach time, dining, etc. The cabin-like room and green, off-the-beaten path setting made for a very cozy ambience -- just what we were looking for. Southampton and environs themselves were also really a revelation for us. We're already planning out next weekend out there. So hats off to Omar, Bill and the Sea Haven Resort Motel!

Bill is the man and he looked out for me on everything. Great guy and I give this place 9 stars (10 stars is too much because we're human!). But he's the best and thanks Bill!

My room was extremely dirty, there was trash underneath the bed. The bathroom was old and dirty.

We arrived at Sea Haven not expecting much but then we were greeted by Omar. He was so accommodating that if there was anything wrong with the room we did not see it. My spouse arrived with all the NYC gruff and birthday angst, but it quickly melted away on these grounds. There is peace and relaxation here. For someone who cannot sleep anywhere this sleep was some of the best we had away from home. The beds are great the pillows are fluffy and Omar kept asking what he could do for us, he was someone who cared. He made great referrals to make our weekend stay memorable. He referred us to Meschutt beach and had a blast there nice beach good food great drinks and awesome band when the sun set. Omar referred us to the Edgewater restaurant to celebrate the birthday again right on point. Nice people all around great food and drinks. I feel fortunate that Sea Haven had an economical availability. Thank You Omar and Sea Haven staff

Friendly staff but the place needs to be cleaned better, kinda funky around the edges of the rooms. Also, there’s a kitchenette but no coffee, cups or glasses? No coffee in the main office? A small matter that would make a great improvement, just like other places to lodge. An ok place but could do better for the price.

I strongly advise against spending your money on this roach infested motel! I stayed here recently during a business trip. It was a nightmare come true with staff and rooms straight out of a horror flick, truly the worst lodging I've ever had the misfortune of experiencing! Regrettable decision indeed. Consider yourself forewarned!

I took several pictures, shame i cannot post on review. Place was filthy, rebuttals on previous bad reviews were lies, long dark hairs on sheets along with stains, dirty floors, curtains mounted backwords, no security bar lock or deadbolt on door. Used a chair in front of door. Tv worked, no coffeemaker, some units looked horrible outside, DEFF NOT A RESORT ! OFFICE GROSS.

Nothing, if I had more time I would have looked for a different location. I arrived at 7pm, I checked for bed bugs and saw none and decided to stay.
