Bassenget var fint, spa avdelingen var også fint. Litt langt unna byen. Brukte mye uber, uber kosta i gjennomsnitt 23 euro en vei

Très décevant au niveau du service
Pros:

Toujours satisfait de cet hôtel sauf cette fois où j’attendu 15 minutes pour une boisson que je n’ai jamais eue au bar faute de personnel présent et la personne à l’accueil qui même m’ayant vu ne trouve pas nécessaire de venir… bref. Inutile de donner des jetons boissons VIP si incapable de considérer les clients en les snobant de cette façon !

Nous avons fait escale sur notre route des vacances hôtel, facilement accessible avec parking en sous-sol, impeccable quand la voiture est chargées. L’hôtel se situe dans une zone d’activité plutôt calme. Piscine nickel pour se délasser. Les chambres sont spacieuses la literie confortable. Un léger bémol. Si vous avez une chambre en façade, impossible de dormir, la fenêtre ouverte, car une entreprise a une ventilation qui tourne non-stop conseil : demandez une chambre qui donne sur l’arrière. La climatisation est présente mais en tant de canicule à mon avis, elle doit être saturée. Nous avons dîné au restaurant. La carte était restreinte car période de vacances, une formule buffet était proposée. Le buffet n’est pas pas mal mais j’ai trouvé quand même cela cher 27€ pour le buffet froid uniquement. En dehors de ça, le service est parfait de l’accueil jusqu’au bar. Accueil agréable +++ Je recommande.

Rooms that are not clean and lousy service
Pros:

We checked in 1 min early and asked if our room was ready, the lady at the reception said “our rooms are always clean”. Well. Coming up to our room it was indeed not clean. When back down and got a new room. When back up and the lights did not work. Came back down and then got the information that we needed a different card than the one we got. No more than “I’m sorry” after I came down with a lot of packing. The new room was kind of clean but the bathroom really need a deep clean. We both got suspicious bites after sleeping in the bed.

The internal door lock is not working. we have informed the reception and they told us, it is normal.
we found it quite strange as anybody with a card can get in our room while we need privacy.

the next day, in the morning.
around 9am, someone get into our room when we were sleeping. that person rushed out from our room when i sit up to look who's there.
later, around 10am. while my husband and I were preparing to get changed. the room service open our door and get in. i told her : Sorry, but we are here.
she doesnt care, get into the bathroom and change the towels.
i followed her and told her that she is disturbing us and should wait for us to leave the room before to clean it.
she replied that she didnt understand me before and leave, by saying : if you need privacy you hand the sign.
We just woke up and when she get into our room, my husband was without pant and me, nearly get off my shirt....

i reported to the reception, who told me i was not the first one this morning. and she will inform the head of service.

for the drinking water, you need to take them at the reception, they dont left them in the room.

the room is not very clean. Quite disapointed for a "prestige" level. it should be a normal Kyriad with such level.

Pros:

WiFi et Reseau tel Orange tres mauvaise qualité au 1er étage. Impossible de régler la Clim er le chauffage qui souffle en permanence. Télé qui coupe souvent. Chambre 104 avec peu de lumière naturelle extérieure
