Pros:

La posizione molto comoda vicino al mare ed al centro.
L’albergo un po’ lasciato andare, con un più di cura non sarebbe male. La camera di buone dimensioni, letto comodo. Il bagno un po’ piccolo , con un buon fon . Peccato che il water anche se era stato pulito aveva quella crosta marrone attaccata che fa una brutta impressione, basta mettere un buon prodotto disincrostante lasciarlo agire per qualche ora e torna nuovo. A me a dato l’impressione che non sapevano se aprire o no quest’anno e alla fine hanno aperto senza fare un minimo di manutenzione. L’ascensore con vetri molto sporchi e faceva un brutto rumore com’è che grattava con qualcosa. Insomma soggiorno bello lo stesso per il letto comodo, però con una posizione così privilegiata, basterebbe un po’ più di cura per farlo diventare un albergo bello e accogliente.

Отель нуждается в полном обновлении и реконструкции.Все очень старое.Разваливающиеся номера, мебель. В первый день сломался роллет (жалюзи),защищающие от палящего солнца и жары, и затемняющие помещение ночью(так как штор нет), но никто не чинил это. Закрыть жалюзи было невозможно.Три дня просили на ресепшене чтобы пришел мастер, но всем все равно, никто не ремонтировал поломку, так все и осталось. Постельное белье не меняют, просто разглаживают грязное. Шезлонги и зонты от солнца не включены в стоимость. Стоят 25 евро один зонт и два шезлонга. Пляж платный, просто на полотенцах нельзя, пришел охранник стал говорить уйти дальше. Уборка очень слабая. Под кроватями слои пыли. Неужели сложно хотя бы раз в пару дней там протирать пыль. Система кондиционеров общая на весь отель, настроить меньше температуру лично для номера своего нельзя, душно и кондиционера не хватает, это очень неприятно удивило. Море было не очень чистым и очень мелкое.

Es war schön, wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut und der Blick aufs Meer unbeschreiblich schön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück wurde jeden Morgen frisch für uns zubereitet und war sehr lecker.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren sehr klein und renovierungsbedürftig. Der Fahrstuhl war nicht gerade vertrauenserweckend.

Pros:

Die Aussicht war schön. Lage sehr gut, da im Turismuscenter und Bus, Coop, Café in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Cons:

Keinen Kaffee Tee Zubehör im Zimmer, Keine Bademäntel, alles sehr minimal vorhanden, Keine Parkplätze vorhanden. Booking Abzeichen, von 2016 nicht mehr zeitgemäss. Alles baufällig, alt und schmudelig. Uns wurde gesagt, dass Booking die Ausstattungs Beschreibung ausgefüllt habe, was ich klar nicht glaubte und glaube....Darauf wurde beharrt.

La poca limpieza...todo viejo y gastado...el Ruido a las 03:45 de la madrugada se escuchaban a las personas haciéndo ruido hablando alto...etc...
El Desayuno...3 opciones nada sanas....
La cercanía de un balcón a otro sin intimidad...el tamaño mínusculo....
El dueño haciéndo un Grill en la terraza y oliendo todo a chamusquina!
El Baño en mal estado...viejo...mal limpio y partido!

Serve maggiore manutenzione.

La struttura della spa, vecchia e che necessita manutenzione( sauna con pavimento in legno alzato, odore di muffa dappertutto, piscina calda con manico super arrugginito sotto acqua, doccia fredda non funzionante e con scarico d'acqua bloccato e fermo già senza aprire l'acqua con pavimento di sassolini aperti, e acqua estagnata. In soma ha bisogno di manutenzione, non credo che così faccia veramente bene a salute, non essendo solo un fattore estetico. Lenzuoli e asciugamani buccati. E per completare la intrusione di clienti decisamente maleducati alle 3 di notte, che urlavano, non ha aiutato. Veramente un peccato.

Sconsiglio vivamente questo posto. La camera era totalmente diversa dalle foto pubblicate, che probabilmente risalgono ai tempi d'oro della struttura e non riflettono minimamente lo stato attuale di degrado.

Fin dall'ingresso è evidente la mancanza di pulizia, ma la camera è stata il colpo di grazia. Le condizioni igieniche sono pessime: l'ambiente è sporco, trascurato e c'è una forte presenza di muffa e funghi in bagno, il che rappresenta un vero rischio per la salute. In tutta la stanza si percepisce un odore insopportabile di umidità e l'aria è irrespirabile. Dopo aver acceso il riscaldamento, la situazione è peggiorata a tal punto che era impossibile trascorrervi la notte.

Lo standard qualitativo è scandalosamente inferiore a quello pubblicizzato e non giustifica in alcun modo il prezzo pagato. Dopo aver visto la camera, ho deciso di rinunciare al soggiorno e ho cambiato hotel immediatamente. Al momento la procedura di rimborso non ha avuto successo perché la struttura non collabora. Statene lontani!
