Spacious room with balcony of the garden. Just a short walk to startlight bridge with lots of restaurants and other services...The decor is quite pretty. Indian style I believe. Price is very much affordable too.

If you don’t forget, you could see that many many times the property arranges car parking on the street, perpendicular to the traffic direction, occupying more than half of the street!

Property staff looks at other passengers as the street is their own backyard!

Chloe bought Anna spa's pool next door and sell Swim ticket of Anna pool but have no security guard or janitor for Anna pool.
No key for locker.
4 Bathrooms have no Doors only curtains.

On Sep 4, 2020 from 6:30pm to 7pm, an India Male which is Chloe Hotel guest kept coming in and using the Anna Pool's Lady bath room.

If the pool has camera, the hotel can check out who the guest is.

The pool ticket is 180.000VND but the quality keeps going down.

I’ve been here numerous times and lately I’ve been so dissatisfied by the utter lack of customer service. To say the least, their pool is just changing shades of green and has not been cleaned for months. Not only have they increased their price, but their attention to customers went down the drain. The price 180,000 k should include a towel that takes forever to get and only after numerous times of asking. There is no soap at the wash room, which is unbelievable during corona times. They got rid of the wash basins and just covered the hole with a cloth. And last but definitely not least, the staff is wildly INAPPROPRIATE. From their creepy looks to their catcalling comments!
Even though the number of clients has gone down, they don’t seem to care about anything but ripping you off (menu is overpriced and tiny).
I highly do not recommend coming here!

I came here with my family for a nice relaxing day by the pool. When we arrived we were told that the deal that was offered on 8 ft high and 20 ft long billboards outside was no longer on. What was offered was derisory at best. A shame as the venue is gorgeous. Please don’t advertise if the services are not available!

Was in Saigon for yet another week and stayed at CG. The staff were once again extremely welcoming and accomodating and do out all efforts to make your stay pleasant. Especially I have to mention Mr Bao in reception and also Mr Long. In restaurant it is always a pleasure to be served by Ms Hang

Had a great stay. The staff were incredible. So accommodating - such great hosts. The breakfast is awesome, food so good. Be sure to get the soup one morning. The pool is lovely. The room was spacious. We actually were initially put into a MASSIVE twin room then moved the next day to a smaller but very large king bed room with a view overlooking the pool and river.

Within walking distance is an AMAZING Korean Spa you must check it out Golden Lotus is the name an easy walk over a pedestrian bridge that goes over the river. You also walk through a nice park.

Its so cheap to take a taxi to District 1 - stay at Chloe have some peace and be in a nice, chill, neighborhood.

The bed was also very comfortable. 10/10.

Clean thing can be a little improved.
Location is not so closed to downtown.

Spent a week at Chloe for Exhibition at SECC, and was - as usual - delighted over the great helpfulness and dedication to service shown by all staff of Chloe. From the reception to the staff at breakfast to the concierge in the street. You are all worth a praise!

The hotel is simply beautiful. I loved the architecture, the layout and the most important part is that the service is great !! The stuff are super attentive and always taking care of the guests. The next time I visit HCMC, I would definitely stay in the hotel. The lounge is extravagant and jaw dropping !!

이쁘고 깨끗합니다. 방의 중앙에 샤워 및 화장실이 있고, 방과 건물의 전체적인 인테리어가 아랍풍의 느낌입니다. 수영장은 총 2개로 개인적으론 레스토랑 앞 수영장이 마음에 듭니다. 스파 앞 수영장은 베드가 좋구요. 와이프와 가족들은 스파를 받았는데 아주 만족해 했습니다. 디자인은 이쁘지만 편의시설은 약간 불편합니다. 예로 세면대의 수도가 센서방식이라 불편합니다. 전기콘센트의 위치 및 티슈의 위치가 일반적인 호텔과 달라 약간 불편합니다. 또 유모차사용시 불편한 계단 구조입니다. 단점을 적다보니 생각보다 많이 적었는데 그런 단점들을 감안하고도 전체적으로 만족스러운 호텔입니다. 방앞의 베드 및 탁자도 훌륭하고 파티를 하기에 적절한 호텔입니다.

とても快適でした。お部屋もバスタブも広くリラックスできました。しかし、夜中の0時頃に屋外でホテルのスタッフが機械で薬剤のようなものを散布している音がうるさく気になってしまった。

This hotel is jaw dropping beautiful and strange at the same time. The staff are super attentive and the food is the best we have had in Vietnam. We stayed at a 5 star resort in Nha Trang and they could learn a lot from this place.
The inside area of this gallery is sheer opulence, at the top end. If you want to stay at one of the best and just go wow each step you take then this is the place for you.
