Overall clean and comfortable.
Cons:

We tried to used the pool at the advertised open time but the spa was cold. A different time was posted inside the pool area.

Mauvaise surprise à l’arrivée : j’avais effectué le paiement de la chambre en amont pour la réservation. A l’arrivée; la réceptionniste ne trouve pas notre réservation. J’ai dû repayer 2 nuits d’hôtel (alors que j’avais déjà payé ces 2 nuits il y a plusieurs mois)
Booking est 100% responsable car ils n’ont pas transmis ma réservation à l’hôtel malgré mon paiement !!!!
Impossible de contacter le service client qui ne répond jamais au téléphone !!!
J’espère toujours un retour et un remboursement.

Merci à l’hôtel d’avoir pris en considération notre détresse et de nous avoir trouvé une chambre disponible

Breakfast was fine.

Cons:

Staff at check in could not find our booking.com reservation. No phone number available on the multiple emails from booking.com. Hotel staff did find a number for me, I waitied on hold for nearly 30 minutes for help. They had to call the hotel directly to help with check in.

Pros:

It was clean and a good location

Cons:

No toilet paper and when we took showers the water covered the whole bathroom floor.
We only stayed one night so we didn’t complain to the front desk

Pros:

Booking dot com booked me in the wrong location 100 miles away from where I was I had to call my bank to get my money back as they refused

Cons:

They took 150+ out of my account I didn’t stay there

Well located hotel but not clean. Ok for 1 night…
Pros:

Room was big. Hotel is located near all the spots when wanted to visit: Horseshoe bend, antelope canyon, lake Powell. Breakfast is included and there is a variety of choice so everyone can find what they need !

Cons:

We would have like a cleaner room. We could see that the room was not super new, that we don’t really mind, but cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. We found some old booger on the side of one of the beds and the curtains had a lot of stains. Because the cleanliness, we thought the price was a bit high.

最初に入った部屋は、部屋に入ってすぐの照明ランプが点滅していたので、部屋を替えてもらう。
２番目の部屋は、部屋の芳香剤の臭いが強かったため、こちらも替えてもらい、３番目の部屋で問題なし。

This Hotel was perfect for us.
Pros:

The location was perfect for us..we were 5 minutes from the Horse Shoe bend. The staff was very kind, friendly and professional. The hotel was huge and clean. Our room was extremely clean..and I love how big it was. The breakfast was yummi and super hot..and the coffee was fresh.
