Good value for money
Pros:

Location is great for visiting Antelope Canyon. Safe and everything you need is available nearby (restaurants, gas station, store). Room was clean. Breakfast was also good - like most in the US.

We tried to used the pool at the advertised open time but the spa was cold. A different time was posted inside the pool area.

Mauvaise surprise à l’arrivée : j’avais effectué le paiement de la chambre en amont pour la réservation. A l’arrivée; la réceptionniste ne trouve pas notre réservation. J’ai dû repayer 2 nuits d’hôtel (alors que j’avais déjà payé ces 2 nuits il y a plusieurs mois)
Booking est 100% responsable car ils n’ont pas transmis ma réservation à l’hôtel malgré mon paiement !!!!
Impossible de contacter le service client qui ne répond jamais au téléphone !!!
J’espère toujours un retour et un remboursement.

Merci à l’hôtel d’avoir pris en considération notre détresse et de nous avoir trouvé une chambre disponible

Pros:

Booking dot com booked me in the wrong location 100 miles away from where I was I had to call my bank to get my money back as they refused

Cons:

They took 150+ out of my account I didn’t stay there
