Typisches Inn als Basis für Ausflüge

La struttura è in un posto strategico per raggiungere la Monument Valley. Pulita ed ordinata

Cons:

Siamo arrivati un po’ in anticipo sull orario del ceck in e non ci hanno nemmeno permesso di lasciare le valige per poi tornare quando la stanza fossse stata pronta. Colazione minima. La piscina era chiusa

Went from bad to worse, would not recommend
Pros:

Coffee in the lobby was good, everything else about this stay was bad.

Cons:

Unfortunately, no part of this experience met expectations. Upon arrival, we were informed that rooms had not yet been cleaned and were told we could check ourselves to see if any were ready. When we did, we found a room in an unacceptable condition, including pizza boxes left on the floor.

After requesting a clean, ready room, we were assigned one with a broken shower. Staff then attempted to relocate us to another room, which had a made bed but a dirty bathroom. Lastly as we were getting ready to leave at 9 am the front desk staff came into our room with their master key without a knock or anything, saw we were still in the room, said “oops” and walked out.

Overall, the operation appeared extremely disorganized. While we were being assisted, we overheard the same staff member apologizing to multiple other guests experiencing issues. This property would benefit greatly from improved management and organization.

Comfort inn review
Pros:

Me and my family loved the way the hotel room was designed and how clean and pleasent it was. The staff was super kind and helping. And the facilities were extrenely easy to use!

Cons:

The room was a little too hollow, our voice and the tv sound started echoeing really loudly. And the AC was very poor.
