Très bon séjour et bonne situation de l’hôtel.
Pros:

La situation, la taille et équipement de la chambre, le petit déjeuner sur le roof top était exceptionnel

Cons:

Pas assez d’explications pour se rendre à la chambre, au petit déjeuner… un peu compliqué et pas assez bien indiqué. Dommage.

Modernes Appartement mit guter Ausstattung und großem Balkon. Im angegliedertem Hotel konnte man oben auf der Dachterasse auf Wunsch ein tolles Frühstück zu moderaten Preisen genießen. Wir waren früh da und konnten unser Gepäck problemlos an der Rezeption abgeben, bis das Zimmer bezugsfertig gewesen ist. Sehr nettes Personal.

Cons:

Das Schloss der Badtür war defekt.

Pros:

De loop afstand naar centrum en kunnen parkeren in de wel wat krappe parkeergarage. De kamer was prima maar locatie van t geheel viel erg tegen.

Cons:

De ontvangst. Er werd niet gehoord wat wij zeiden. Er kwam geen uitleg over hoe je van ene naar andere locatie komt.

Déception dès l’accueil à la réception
Pros:

La possibilité de garer son véhicule dans un parking privé.

Cons:

L’accueil à la réception de l’hôtel par un personnel totalement dépassé par les évènements et incapable de gérer l’arrivée de plusieurs personnes en même temps.
La fenêtre de la salle de bain donne sur le couloir d’accès aux chambres, la poubelle était cassée.
Une des deux veilleuses qui se situent au niveau du lit avait une ampoule grillée.
La vue depuis la chambre 🤢
