おしゃれ。
Pros:

建物が綺麗、
朝食楽しい、部屋も適度に清潔。

Cons:

自販機のジュースにポカリやカルピスとかがなかった。
小さい子用の浴衣もうちょい小さい甚平とかあればよかったかな。

Pros:

イングリッシュガーデンが素敵で、癒されました。バイキングのお料理の種類が多く、美味しかったです。和洋室タイプで落ち着いて過ごすことができました。

Cons:

朝のバイキングで美味しい牛乳を楽しみにしていましたが、容器が空っぽになっていました。スタッフの方に声をかけましたが、なかなか補充されず…ざんねん😞

お風呂が広くて快適でした

Cons:

ベットのマットレスの縁がほころびていて残念でした
シングルではなくセミダブルくらいの大きさが良いと思いました

それでもまた行きたい！と家族全員一致(^▽^)

古き良き大型ホテルという感じで、落ち着きと充分な満足感はありました
白馬を楽しむための立地の良さはもちろんのこと、朝夜のバイキングの食事、宿泊客を飽きさせないイベントはとてもよかったです
家族で2泊楽しませていただきました！

Cons:

建物の古さは否めないので、絶妙な空調の悪さ（一定の場所しか冷やせず細やかに設定ができない）や、冷蔵庫の音が響いて夜の眠りが妨げられました(´ｰ｀)
