Ice cube maker barely worked
Breakfast on Sunday was entirely carbohydrates. Saturday morning staff needed more training to properly service the food selection and coffee machine.

We had the best experience with our photographer! We have 2 toddlers that aren't always the easiest to handle and he made sure they were entertained and free which made for amazing family photos! Definitely recommend!
Deceiving location. Pictures showed it being right on the veach
The room was clean, the view of the marina was great, the beach was just across the street, the complimentary breakfast was perfect for me, and the view of the beach from the rooftop bar was amazing!
The water pressure in the shower wasn't very good, the water didn't get real hot (to my husband's standards), and the water also didn't get cold.

To start, the photos are absolutely amazing! And they are soooo fun, they make the photo shoot such a truly unforgettable experience! I highly recommend this genuinely unique and memorable photo shoot to capture a once-in-a-lifetime moment that you’ll never forget!!
Loved the location of this hotel. It was in the heart of everything. The pool is located by the marina so it is a good place to see the tour boats coming in and out. Once we were there we had no reason to get our car out of the garage. The staff is very friendly and the free breakfast was good.
For the money, I do not think you can beat this hotel.
Also, the rooftop bar is the top place in Clearwater to watch the sunset.
We liked everything except what is noted below.....
We actually liked everything EXCEPT for the low water pressure in the shower. Words cannot describe just how low the pressure was. I was actually cold taking a shower because the water wasn't sufficient to cover my body. There was barely enough water to rinse the shampoo out of my hair.

Coffee...someone should look into it.

One of the women at the front desk was very difficult to deal with. Our room keys stopped working several times. Instead of being apologetic and helpful, she insisted we were doing something wrong because they just redid the system. I finally asked her to try the key herself which she did and it didn’t work. Even after that, she never apologized and STILL argued with us. Unbelievable!
