Property Description

Pier House 60 Marina Hotel is located in the heart of Clearwater Beach, across the street from the sugary sand beach and directly on the Marina, close to local attractions. Home to Jimmy's Crow's Nest rooftop bar on the 10th floor.

Important information:

Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

The property strictly adheres to the maximum occupancy of each room type, so please note the maximum occupancy when booking.

Please note that : A $34 (+13% tax) daily amenity fee includes:
-Parking for 1 vehicle per night included in amenity fee(resort fee) Any additional vehicles are $20 plus tax per night

Stunning views and great amenities, but bedding and shower pressure need improvement
Pros:

Location & Views: Prime beachfront location with incredible views of the ocean.

Room Comfort & Amenities: Spacious, clean, and comfortable room. Both the Wi-Fi and TV worked flawlessly throughout our stay.

Housekeeping & Value Add-Ons: Daily housekeeping was impeccable. Standout perks included complimentary parking, beach and pool towel service, and a good American-style breakfast.

Bedding & Pillow Quality: The mattress lacked firmness and sagged significantly, which, along with the pillow options, resulted in back and neck discomfort the next day.

Shower Water Pressure: The shower head had very low water pressure.

Maintenance & Staff Responsiveness: The ice machine on our floor was out of service for the duration of our stay. Despite reporting the issue to multiple staff members, it remained unresolved (requiring us to fetch ice from another floor).

Seasonal Observations

Due to the time of year, strong cold winds and the hotel’s shadow over the pool area prevented us from enjoying the pool (despite it being heated). The beach water was also cold and murky during this season despite sunny skies.

Pros:

The property is in a fantastic location and the rooftop bar is amazing. The Manager is really friendly and we had a great chat, despite the weather being horrendous

Great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and everything was convenien

Very clean from when you park to when you walk into the lobby. The rooms! Clean no dirt, no odor. It felt like it was built at least 5 years ago. I can’t wait to stay here again. Oh yea they have a bar at the top so you don’t even wave to leave if you don’t want to. Great food options, and sunset shots on the house! Noise ?? None I didn’t hear any other doors slamming closed. I was surprised especially with it being off one of the main roads but nope no noise from the cars.

Cons:

Not one thing I don’t like about this property.
