it was ok
Cons:

It felt very stuffy no air circulation even thou there was AC. If I wanted to raise AC a bit, heater would turn on. Also not a fan of carpets (dirt easily traps)

The room was great .... love the walk in shower!

Cons:

The desk light in 311 didn't work and the one bedside light was burnt out.

The limited TV volume was understandable but hard if your limited hearing.

Super Clean, Comfortable, Quiet, and Friendly!!
Pros:

So clean and comfortable!! In a very nice location near all kinds of restaurants. Quiet through the night. Very friendly staff!! Super easy to make and manage our reservation. Super easy on the traveler. Will be back!!

Not good, not awful
Pros:

Great location and breakfast. However, when we arrived at 2am, we had to call the hotel because no one was answering when we rang the doorbell 4 times. Walls are thin so we could hear the guests in the room next to us and everything they said. A basketball team was staying on our floor and was extremely loud, screaming in the halls and slamming doors late at night. Will find another hotel next time we are visiting.

Great!
Pros:

I have been in different hotels in the area and by far this hotel was the most clean out of all also the most upgraded. Great service from the front desk all the way to maintenance and housekeepers they all had a smile and helpful. I will definitely be back here even if I have to drive a couple more minutes to my sons tournaments.
