Godt men heller ikke mere
Pros:

Hotellet ligger lidt øde men tæt på kabel banen som er et kæmpe plus
Onsen badet var fantastisk med udsigt til Mount Fuji
Fri kaffe og juice
Det europæiske værelse vi fik var fint

Cons:

Buffeten og travlheden omkring denne.
Buffet hænger ikke lige sammen med god japansk mad
Men maden og udvalget af mad var dig ok
Personalet ved buffet var ikke særlig flinke
Receptionen var dog super seruminded

友人としゃべりまくって美味しいご飯を食べて最高でした！
Pros:

夕食も朝食も大変美味しかったです。
スタッフさん達の対応も満足でした。

Cons:

部屋の水回りが古いので少し汚れが取れていなかったように感じます。
網戸に隙間があったようでカメムシがいました(笑)
常夜灯があれば良いと思います。

Shining! Vaut un petit 2 étoiles - onsen très bien
Pros:

L’emplacement à 3min à pied du téléphérique. Les buffets du soir et du matin étaient plutôt bons.
Le Onsen est vraiment joli et agréable en revanche

Cons:

L’hôtel n’a absolument rien d’un 3 étoiles. Il est dans son jus depuis de très nombreuses années. Nous avons payé bien trop cher pour la qualité fournie. Pour ma chambre style japonais, il faut faire soi même son lit avec des futins très fins : on a l’impression de dormir par terre. Ma chambre n’est vraiment pas à la hauteur.

A localização é perfeita para quem gosta da montanha e foi pelo Monte Fuji. O quarto em estilo japonês agradou muito e o banho de aguas termais foi uma experiência incrível

Cons:

O estilo de refeição de self service, all you can eat fugiu um pouco do clima do hotel. Mas, não que eu nao tenha gostado, acho somente que deveria ter uma opção a la carte.

Wir würden nicht mehr buchen.
Pros:

Das Hotel lebt von der großen Onsen Nachfrage und dem möglichen Fuji Blick. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Zimmer und Flure riechen muffig (Schimmel? Siehe Bild), die Einrichtung ist älter, auch nicht mehr alles gut erhalten.
Der Raum für Frühstück und Abendessen hat Kantinencharme, die Qualität des Essens ist aber gut.

Sista minuten pris gjorde boendet prisvärt. Bor gärna där igen.
Pros:

Rummet var stort och välmöblerat.
Utsikt mot Mont Fuji från utomhus badet.
Maten var god och mycket att välja på i restaurangen.
Närheten till linbanan.

Cons:

1. Food - not bad but too sweet. Every thing was with sugar.
2. Bedroom - matress on tatami floor but - too hard mattress and a realy strong smell of tea.

Pros:

El personal es muy amable, el desayuno y la cena son abundantes y completos. El paisaje que rodea al hotel, al menos en días despejados, es insuperable.

Cons:

Si bien el ambiente general del hotel es muy lindo, es cierto que algunos sectores se sienten un poco desactualizados. Nada grave. Si se alojan en habitaciones tradicionales japonesas, asegúrense de saber lo que están alquilando (colchones bajos sobre el piso que arma uno mismo). Nada que reprochar en ese sentido porque está bien descrito.

Mount Fuji view from our room a real life experience
Pros:

Our room had full view of Mount Fuji. A great view. Close enough to examine its details. Amazing buffets for dinner and breakfast. 3 minute shortcut woodsy walk to ropeway(gondola.)

Cons:

Wouldn’t get the traditional room again. Takes two to three futons stacked up to make sleeping tolerable.

Pros:

The rooms are nice and the gardens are beautiful. When the weather is clear, you can see Mount Fuji. The food is excellent—I would love to stay here again.

Pros:

Great view of the mountain, easy cable car trip to the lake

Cons:

Very difficult to reach with public transport. The hotel has a shuttle but are very slow to respond to requests (can't be booked), we waited 30mins in the rain at the bus stop (a 5min drive from the hotel)

The buffet is a dystopian nightmare. Good variety food options but the restaurant feels like a cafeteria, no ambience, not enjoyable to enjoy the meals. We ate and left asap.

The entire hotel and facilities are very very and could do with an upgrade, especially for the price. Beds are quite soft and uncomfy.

Overall not great value for money.
