The property is a bit dated, but it was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The onsen was terrific. Loved the view of Mt Fuji while soaking in the onsen before breakfast!
There is nothing in the area in terms of shopping or restaurants so coming by car is advised.
Onsen, Fuji view and cleanliness of the hotel
We arrived at 11 am. And had to wait until 15:00 exact time in the lobby. However the rooms were ready, we could be given our rooms earlier. Instead of making us wait and sit in the lobby for 4 hours.
The choice of food in the buffet was excellent and the rooms were well appointed and clean. The Fuji view from the onsen was also decent, as advertised.
The shops could have stayed opened longer.
The buffet dinner was exceptional, and met all the needs of my group. The views of Mt. Fuji were superb, and the onsen facility was very nice. The staff went above and beyond to mail a forgotten object from someone in my group to our next location in Japan.
Desayuno y cena muy buena y abundante. La habitación con vista al Mte Fuji excelente y la más amplia de la mayoría de los hoteles. Recepción muy buena
Nada
Huge room, amazing dinner & buffet breakfast included, fantastic onsen with views of Mt Fuji. Close to great tourist attractions
Nothing
Great view of Mt. Fuji and really nice in-room Onsen. Very kind and welcoming staff
Their support around transit options could be better — the hotel suggested to us we walk to a bus stop to get to Odawara train station when leaving the hotel, but the walk was incredibly rocky / snowy and not at all suitable for luggage (one of our bags is now damaged), would have appreciated better guidance or a shuttle. Also, food was just okay (many items were lukewarm and didn’t seem fresh)
房間能看到富士山,以及150日圓的溫泉費可以泡好幾次,cp值高;早晚餐的自助餐也是超級棒,物超所值。
房價部分稍微有點老舊,睡起來稍微不舒服
The view of Mt Fuji from our room was spectacular. The onsen was a fabulous experience, and also looked over towards Mt Fuji.
The dinner and breakfast buffets were amazing and included in our stay. The location was perfect for exploration as it backed onto the cable car, with a shuttle provided as an option to avoid the very short walk.
The outdoor hot tub in one of the rooms was too much trouble to fill, but had we stayed longer we might have tried. The public onsen was so lovely, it made up for this.
