Experience we had made us think of coming back to Hakone
Pros:

The hotel was quite a pleasant surprise. It was a 2-3 minute walk from the Ubako bus stop. It was very clean (premises and room). We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious our room was. Staff was very professional and helpful. As in most Japanese hotels, there were quite a few essentials and some, which were provided for free at the lobby.

Its location is perfect for rest and relaxation with nature all around you. There are really no stores nearby except for the shop next to the hotel lobby. But, we did purchase a Hakone Pass to allow access to most public and sightseeing transportation so that worked for us. The view of Mt. Fuji on a clear day was just perfect. The hotel was even considerate enough to set up a selfie stand for photo ops of Mt. Fuji in the background.

The temperature in the room is set to warm, almost hot but we soon discovered that if we just turned off the fan, then the temperature was just right. Hotel also provided information on why the temperature was set as such.

Wi-fi was reliable. The buffet breakfast and dinner included in the price of the room was of good value. Since the choices on the buffet were the same every day during our stay, it was a matter of pacing oneself as to what one picked for each meal.

The onsen was a new experience which we took advantage of everyday. We loved the Yukatas which were provided and found it so convenient and relaxing that we could wear it even in the public areas.

Cons:

Can't think of anything negative to say.

Great view of Mount Fuji if the weather is clear.
Pros:

The location was lovely. Everything was provided for a comfortable stay.The Onsen was delightful. The view of Mount Fuji terrific.

Cons:

There was a bit of a smell coming from the toilet throughout our stay and the bathroom was very small and a bit cramped. However there were washing facilities as part of the Onsen, so maybe that is not really a problem.

The breakfast and dinner was everyday the same. Maybe a rotation of food for every day would be nice. Definitely when you are staying 2 nights.

Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé tout prêt d’une station de téléphérique. Les onsens extérieurs sont très agréables et les chambres confortables.

Cons:

L’ensemble de la décoration est un peu vieillissante et le restaurant propose un choix varié mais pas de grande qualité.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, das Essen war sehr lecker und die Auswahl war toll. Der Onsen-Besuch war auch ein sehr schönes Erlebnis, vor allem, da es dort alles gibt, was man nach dem Baden braucht (Föhn, verschiedene Cremes, Kamm, Qtips,...)Von der Frauenseite aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Mt. Fuji. Ich habe mich echt verliebt und in Tokio auch einen Onsen besucht. Wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist, gibt es in der Nähe tolle Orte zum Wandern.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein japanisches Zimmer, da wir die Erfahrung machen wollten, auf dem Boden zu schlafen. Das sollte man sich jedoch gut überlegen, da man sich sonst Rückenschmerzen holen kann, wenn man auf einer einfachen Matte auf dem Boden schläft. Die Einrichtung ist zwar etwas veraltet, aber sauber. Die Decken und Kissen waren jedoch schon alt, was ich nicjt so toll finde.

CP值很高的溫泉會館！
Pros:

地點：距離姥子站只有數分鐘步行距離，也可以請飯店派車到車站接送。
設備：較為陳舊，但該有的都有，房間空間很寬敞，一樓有餐廳、紀念品店、室外空間可以觀景，B1有男女湯，女湯室外的景色很好，聽說天氣好能看到富士山。
餐食：一泊二食皆為自助式，餐點選擇多樣且服務人員眾多，體驗非常好！
服務：人員大部分都很友善，有數位外語人員，英文完全通。

沒有，這個CP值很滿意！
