Wonderful experience but we would like to be able to buy a drink after dinner.
Pros:

The location was incredible - I had an onsen looking out at Mount Fuji !

Cons:

Slightly dated decor and there was no evening bar .

Le Top de Hakone
Pros:

Excelent service a la clientèle, j'avais oublié des lunettes ils me les ont envoyé à mon prochain hôtel,
Le spa avait une magnifique view du mont fuji. La nourriture Excelente, hôtel en haut de montagne, bien situé.

Cons:

Il n'y a pas de shuttle vers la station de train, arriver en autobus avec beaucoup de bagages non ideal.

温泉舒服自助餐管饱，晚上安静空气清新
Pros:

离姥子缆车站很近，下缆车后往右手边一个小门出去，是一条通往酒店的小路，提行李箱可能会稍微麻烦一点点，不过很近，是完全没问题。有一个展望花园，可以看到富士山。室外温泉池也可以看到。自助餐也不错，种类很多。酒店有shuttlebus早上九点后可以直接乘坐前往姥子车站或南温泉庄车站，去往御殿场或新宿方向都方便。

Cons:

如果可以提供铺床服务以及按入住人数提供饮用瓶装水就更好了

Pros:

Public Spa Bereich war ganz in Ordnung. Das Wasser hatte ca. 42°C, ganz traditionell gehalten und auch mit entsprechenden Kennzeichnungen in English.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein klassisches Futon Bett Zimmer gebucht, jedoch finde ich die Sanitärausstatung im Zimmer könnte einmal erneuert werden. Ausblick auf den Fuji wäre sicher toll gewesen jedoch hat das Wetter nicht mitgespielt. Preis/Leistung nicht entsprochen.

Séjour 1 nuit - Superbe
Pros:

La superbe vue de notre chambre sur le mont Fuji! Magnifique ! La vue du bain extérieur était superbe aussi. Nous avons pris une chambre traditionnelle japonaise , tout y est authentique, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour !

Cons:

L'hôtel est assez éloigné de tout et le téléphérique n'ouvre qu'à 9h mais il faut bien ça pour avoir cette magnifique vue sur le mont Fuji. L'épaisseur des futons, nous en avons mis 2 l'un au-dessus de l'autre, mais c'est aussi parce nous ne sommes pas habitués...

amazing if you’re looking to relax
Pros:

i have no words to describe how amazing the onsen experience was.
specially at the end of the day, with the fuji on the golden hour - truly magnificent.
breakfast and dinner were very good, great options overall

Cons:

it’s not very easy to explore Hakone from the hotel, but nothing that ruined the experience, just requires more planning :)

The place to be if you would like a full view of Fuji Mointain while enjoying hot spring bath.
Pros:

Perfect location for viewing Fuji Mountain from the garden, the outdoor hot spring bath and directly from our room. Good food for dinner and breakfast. Truly spacious room — the best in our entire trip.

Definitely worth another visit
Pros:

We booked the Japanese-style room and it was great. We would have wanted a room with a private onsen but missed out on those, but we had a good view of Mt. Fuji. The breakfast is excellent, mixed of international and local choices.

Cons:

The location seems to be far from the station, restaurants, and convenience stores.

Posizione molto comoda, vicino alla funivia.
