Hermosas instalaciones, Onsen y habitaciones típicas en Tatami.
Pros:

Las habitaciones típicas Japonesas en Tatami y la experiencia de dormir en Futon fue genial, ni hablar del Onsen natural al aire libre, más que encantador... Un hotel muy agradable, buen buffet y un amable y gran servicio de atención al cliente.

Cons:

Lastimosamente llovió todo el día y no pudimos ver al monte Fuji, claramente no fue culpa del hotel, pero opaco un poco la experiencia

The views are spectacular , the rest of the property is just ok.
Pros:

We went for the views and it did not disappoint

Cons:

The bathrooms were so small, anyone over 6 ft couldn’t fit in the shower. Our toilet was not clean.

Pros:

Breakfast was below average, most hot dishes were cold.

Cons:

Bathroom was extremely small and uncomfortable. I could not stand up in the shower. The outside gardens were extremely disappointing and the building looks tired.

Excellent hotel with great views of Mt Fuji
Pros:

Green plaza offered both complimentary breakfast and dinner and the spread was elaborate and lavish. The restaurant is really big that could accommodate 80-100 people at one go. We went for onsen every day and it was really good. Our room was Japanese style and 4 of us stayed comfortably.

Nice stay not far from Lake Ashi
Pros:

Pretty easy to get to, despite a roundabout route; very comfortable room, and quite spacious; nice bathroom and shower. The meals were good if not great, but I think they were cooking for least a hundred and twenty guests (buffet style), so they really did pretty well. An easy one-stop gondola ride to Lake Ashi.

Cons:

Hotel rooms in Japan seem routinely to be "too warm" – here, I just couldn't find a thermostat anywhere.
But the Big Minus was that we never got to see Mt Fuji... :)  just too cloudy!
But seriously, very few negatives here.

Loved the Japanese style room and the onsen. Breakfast and dinner were good and varied. Overall hotel was quite dated and we had expected more for the price. Stayed in other places across Japan that were superior and a much friendlier price. The location of the hotel, while nice when there, was challenging to get to! Would recommend staying closer to Hakone station.

Pros:

Parfait pour ce sejour de 4 jours à Tokyo. Très bien placé à côté de la station Shinjuku. Permet d’accéder par JR Line (métro) ou à pied à tous les principaux quartiers de Tokyo.
Chambre spacieuse de 30 m2 et très bien équipée avec Jacuzzi, Douche, Ambiance lumineuse, lit King size, frigo, micro-onde, coffre, tv … pour un tarif de 136€ la nuit. Personnel très sympa et avenant.

Pros:

We had a comfortable, pleasant stay. Staff were warm, welcoming and helpful. We were grateful and lucky to have been given a room with a view of Mt Fuji, a request we'd made on booking as it was our honeymoon. Mt Fuji is also visible from the garden.

Hot spring baths were clean and simple, outdoor pool surrounding by well-manicured shrubs.

Cons:

Relatively far from Odawara and Hakone shrine if travelling by bus.
