Xclusive Maples Hotel Apartment

This hotel might have been good 20 years ago but from that time there was most likely no change of furniture or reconstruction.
But you can survive old cabinets or couch but the main issue is that there is a weird smell around hotel and rooms and that the room was simply not clean, mold in the shower and other places, dust on every lamp and the main dusty couch in Premium Appartment was a joke - we dared not to sit on it.

Only the location is good and hotel staff was nice and helpful (e.g. when we asked for new clean sheets).

It has been the worst value for money ratio ever and after 1 day we were out.

In the middle of night around 4pm, the fire alarm was activated by mistake.

Inside of bed has bugs so my body was very itchy..
Refrigerator makes sound each 10mins…

Overall cleanliness was very poor. There was water leaking in the kitchen and the washroom.

The stay wasn’t that great the appartment I was in had mosquitos and cockroaches all over the place and I wasn’t feeling that good I complained to the staff he helped me with spraying the room and he was quiet helpful . After even putting the mosquito spray the mosquitos were still on and I even told the manager I would like to change my room but the apartment was full and holiday season so had to manage with it .

It was amazing trip, my requirement was fulfilled with in minutes. internet was good, but use very old infrastructure. Tv Set are not up to date.

Terrible bed is the cheapest u can buy u can’t even sit on it goes in. The TV has only 2 or 3 channels working . The WiFi is so bad it only works in particular places in the room. The water heater they hav used in the rooms is pathetic it only gives hot water for about 2 minutes and then it is like warm water.
After repeated requests at the front desk nothing was done about it. And every time I ask about it they say we will send someone now but nobody shows up.

The hotel staff were always friendly & accommodating. However, they should be mindful that guests from the Western side of the world use washcloths to clean their bodies and this is something that should be readily available in all rooms. Guests should not have to purchase their own washcloths from the store in order to take a shower. Xclusive Maples only provides towels & I wasn't used to that.

It was good . Good time and was good service and the location it was good

Average hotel but good location. I had trouble on 2 nights as there was a group of young lads from India who were partying in the middle of night, shouting in the corridors, playing loud music, knocking on doors etc. Did complain to the hotel staff the next day but never received any updates.

Wasn’t very friendly.. I thought I got a bigger room but it was small and no wash machine which is a must for me.. cleaning was so so.. I been to cheaper hotels and was better.

It was one of the best hotels and stay was very much nice with all amenities.

Won't go again. broken sofa, dusty closets, TV doesn't work. Housekeeping doing a bad job.

This hotel was very nice to stay in. Great location near Bur Dubai and taxis are constantly available. Just make sure to turn on the water heater in the room otherwise the water is cold. They give 1 complimentary bottle of water. The towels are very scarce so make sure to ask for more upon check in.
