Comfortable, perfect location
Pros:

It was clean and tidy

Cons:

Really needs to have a freshen up
It feels like it is getting dated in certain areas such as the breakfast room
Oldie world is not the way forward these days
The hotel really needs a bar area not a bar in the middle of dining tables

Welcoming and comfortable hotel
Pros:

Really lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. It has a nice atmosphere generally and smells lovely when you walk in. The hotel is well located, at the top of Lyndhurst high street so within walking distance of lots of cafes, restaurants and cute little shops. Breakfast was good. Room was very clean and well thought through - there’s also a kettle in the room, which is great. I’ll definitely stay there again.

Super relaxing break
Pros:

The Crown Manor is in a great position to explore the New Forest. The hotel is friendly comfortable and very clean. We used the lounge to relax over a drink and read the paper whilst other guests were playing cards. The decor is perfect for the property refined and cozy. We also enjoyed the table tennis. Staff are really friendly and efficient. We had breakfast and dinner and both were very good. I think it is one of the nicest place to stay on an affordable budget.

Amazing Location, lovely building but needs work!
Pros:

Location absolutely perfect!Staff been amazing..Lobby, restaurant were beautiful. Also if you are pet lover, dogs aloud ans it’s super sweet.

Cons:

Unfortunately for almost £500 for two nights, i would like breakfast with more pastries so I don’t have to wait for 10min to see 2 are coming and being snatched in seconds..I thought breakfast were poor, unless you like bacon or sausages. Filter coffee wasn’t great.
Our room was clean, but falling apart, broken lampshade, paint peeling off, mould, mirrors all discoloured, ironing board was a joke like for a toddler. The list goes on..
