Pros:

Czysty, porządny hotel. Szybka i pomocna recepcja. Zawsze wolne miejsca na parkingu. Bardzo dobrze urządzone i wyposażone pokoje.

Cons:

Śniadania są słabą stroną hotelu. Po pierwsze, w niedzielę rano dostaliśmy stare, podeschnięte pieczywo - dawno w żadnym hotelu z czymś takim nie spotkałem. Po drugie - zbyt powolne opróżnianie opuszczonych stolików. Był moment, kiedy mniej więcej jedna czwarta stolików była zastawiona używanymi naczyniami. Po trzecie - super powolne uzupełnianie tego, czego w bufecie zabrakło Po długim oczekiwaniu na przyniesienie chleba, poprosiłem o jego przyniesienie. Pani była bardzo zdziwiona "Nie ma chleba?". Takich braków było więcej. Jedzenie smaczne, ale to za mało, żeby być ze śniadań zadowolonym.

Cons:

Hotel nie chce oddać pieniędzy za zduplikowany nocleg, mimo iż był poinformowany o błędzie systemowym. Zasłania się regulaminem zwrotów, mimo że to zupełnie inny przypadek.

Obiekt był dla nas dobrze zlokalizowany ze względu na bliskość miejsca w którym mieliśmy się spotkać

Hotel a właściwie pokoje brudne, z pleśnią w lazience, nie dzialajaca klimatyzacja. Na jedna noc był ok , na dłuższy pobyt nie do zaakceptowania

I stayed at Campanile earlier in France, experienced it in Wroclaw, and recommend it for the future.
Pros:

I rate all highly satisfactory. I especially appreciated the location, which is close to the train station, the variety of food at breakfast, the young, energetic, and smiling personnel, and the value for money.

Cons:

The hand shower must be fixed.

Cons:

Hvordan er det mulig at det ikke finnes en vanlig toalettbørste på et eneste hotellrom? Forventes det at gjestene skal skrape bort dritten med neglene? Har ledelsen på dette hotellet samme «standard» hjemme hos seg selv? Går de rundt og skrubber etter sine egne barn, siden de forventer at renholdspersonalet skal gjøre det etter gjestene? Dette er nedverdigende og fullstendig uakseptabelt!

Pros:

Wygodne łóżko, dobra lokalizacja i dobrze skomunikowana. Winda w obiekcie na ogromny plus. Parking przy hotelu na duży plus i personel pomocny.

Cons:

Czystość pokoju pozostawiała wiele do życzenia. Kurzu chyba nikt nie wycierał od paru dni, kabina prysznicowa w rogach bardzo zaniedbana, ciężko stwierdzić czy to pleśń, grzyb, czy coś innego. Parking dla gości hotelowych jak za taką cenę pokoju mógłby być tańszy, albo chociaż za połowę ceny. Na minus też jak dla mnie jeden kontakt przy łóżku w pokoju dwuosobowym.

Udany miły pobyt.
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, wygodne łóżko, przestronna łazienka, dystrybutor z wodą na każdym piętrze, doceniam to że hotel akceptuje zwierzęta :)

Cons:

Pokój od storny ulicy - dość spory hałas spowodowany przejazdem tramwajów.
