Es war sehr sauber. Es war alles funktional. Es gab eine Waschmaschine. Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Unterkunft.

Cons:

Lösliches Kaffeepulver neben dem Tee wäre nett gewesen. Aber sonst astrein.

Gute Lage

Cons:

Das Check in System funktioniert sehr träge. Man muss sehr stark auf den Display drücken damit man weiter kommt. Leider hat meine Zimmer Karte nicht funktioniert. (Zimmer 16) ich konnte auch telefonisch keinen Mitarbeiter erreichen. Die angegebene Telefonnummer ist nicht vergeben. Durch Zufall hat ein Gast das gleiche Problem gehabt und seine Frau die zu Hause geblieben ist hat eine Telefon Nummer im Netz gefunden und wir konnten die Zimmer Karten von wo anders bekommen. In solchen Situationen ist man ziemlich alleine gelassen weil die zuständige Person nicht vor Ort ist und auch telefonisch nicht erreichbar.

Cons:

Bei 2 Grad waren die Fenster offen und die Heizung aus. Die Unterkunft war so ausgekühlt, dass man dort nicht ohne Jacke und Decke sitzen konnte. Die Heizkörper wurden nicht richtig heiß.
Schade, ansonsten wäre es eine gute Unterkunft.

Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zur Zubereitung des Frühstücks oder kleinerer Mahlzeiten sind bedingt durch die zentrale Lage des Hotels sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Zwischentüren zum Bad und Wohn-/Schlafraum müssten gefettet werden. Die Türen an den Oberschränken der Küchenzeile müssen kontrolliert und neu angezogen werden.
Die Brandschutztüre vom Treppenhaus zu den rückwärtig gelegenen Apartements klemmt.

Der unkomplizierte Zugang ohne lange Abwicklung.

Cons:

Der Eingang ist sehr schlecht zu finden.
Am Gebäude ist während der Anfahrt kein Hinweis am Gebäude, das der schwarze Riesenbau ein Hotel beinhaltet.
Nur durch mehrmaliges Nachfragen bei Passanten war der Eingang im Dunkeln zu finden.

Im Großen und ganzen okay und durchaus zu empfehlen
Pros:

Die Unterkunft lag unmittelbar an einem Bahnhof der Strecke Essen-Hattingen, so dass man mit der Bahn in beide Richtungen sowie mit einer Straßenbahn nach Bochum kommen konnte.
Das die Unterkunft über einem Supermarkt lag, hat man kaum gemerkt. Im Gegenteil, gab es doch genügend Kostenlose Parkplätze.

Cons:

Durch die elektonische Buchung und den el. Check-In und Check-Out hat man kein Personal zu Gesicht bekommen.
