Pros:

Nothing, other than the price. The room was small, but reasonably clean. But, be careful with low price hotels.

Cons:

The location is not on the main street, the taxi driver struggled to reach it.
There's nothing around the hotel.
The train station is not far, but going there is through a mall that's closed and could be worrying at night. The escalator doesn't work.
I had a problem with my booking so I don't like three days to resolve the issue.
The carpet in the corridors is not clean.
I wouldn't stay in this hotel again.
