Pros:

Location perfect which is right in front of the exhibition hall.

Quartier calme et propre. Lors de notre séjour au Vietnam nous avons séjourné dans 3 hôtels différents, Ibis Saïgon South n'était pas à la hauteur des 2 autres, cependant notre séjour s'est bien passé.

Cons:

Chambre petite, pas de pose-valise, pas de peignoir de bain, salle de bain exiguë et déco impersonnelle.

Blackouts every day of stay.

Location was okay....

Cons:

There was a blackout every night of the four nights I stayed there. First night blackout lasted 20-30 mins. Even the lift broke down and couldn't be used. The staff were nice but seemed like it's a common occurrence. They seemed more concerned about the issue being under 15 min due to the Ibis policy, then actually being apologetic about the inconvenience this was around 1am on 8th Dec. Come to think of it the hotel wasn't apologetic at all.

Successive days, 9/10/11 blackouts occurred around 3-5am. This woke me up because the aircon cuts off.

Wouldn’t recommend as I couldn’t even get much sleep in.
Pros:

Good community and clean.

Cons:

Did not warn it was across the street from a music festival when booking. The concert went to 1130PM (from 10am), it was so loud the whole room was vibrating. Then the power went out for over 30 minutes after. Staff told us elevator was working just fine, as soon as we got in it shut down and we were stuck. By the morning there was no hot water. Horrible experience.
