Omg i love this hotel so much!! Just stayed here last week and everything was amazing. The room was super clean and the bed was so comfy i sleep like a baby every night. Hospitality also good at the counter.

Overall very happy with my stay, worth every penny! Will definitely come back again and recommend to all my friends. Thank you Swiss-Belinn Balikpapan!!

Swiss-Belinn Balikpapan is a total gem! The staff are super friendly and check-in was incredibly fast. I loved the room—it was spotless, organized, and had a great modern vibe that felt really fresh. Great hospitality so far, nice breakfast and Warm greeting from hotel receptionist name nana (again). This is second time stay at swissbelinn balikpapan and will return again.

The front-office team led by Ms. Nana and their housekeeping team were very accommodative to my early check-in and late check-out. Relatively an old hotel, but one can tell they're working very hard to make their guests' stay to be as comfortable as possible. Just outside the city centre, it's strategically located to explore the local delicacies and neighborhood.

Room is ok but a bit old. Aircon is not cold, the room phone was not working but later they fixed it upon request.

Staff is very helpful and informative. The room is incredibly comfortable. The air conditioner and mini refrigerator are quite cold. You don't need to worry about storing drinks in the room. The hotel's position is quite strategic, we easily found a place for dinner.

My room was upgrade, the room is quite good and comfortable. big space, cleanliness is good however the room where I stay is in 2nd floor which is the sound from the streets is coming into the room and for me its disturbing. Food service is good, the price is fair

Strategically located within Balikpapan Permai area close to mall and banks + budget friendly hotel. Nice room with ample space and comfortable bed. Highly recommended for those who are budget concious or in need of easy access to banks and commercial centers.

The facilities and atmosphere are very comfortable and the cleanliness is okay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. affordable prices and strategic location. complete breakfast menu, highly recommended to go with family. Perfect.

Good location, helpful staff & good room.

The room facilities are not optimum like TV blurred viewing, running water without pressure in room 323, air-con ineffective, room very small like budget hotel IBIS.

The hotel is in a good and clean condition.
I can recommend it to people who are not reliant on the internet. If you just stay for a night and don't mind having bad or no internet then this place is for you.
if you need internet then better look for a different place.

Resepsionis kurang murah senyum,,datang dengan barang bawaan banyak staf kurang tanggap membantu,ambil troli sendiri dan angkat-angkat sendiri,,minta 2 kunci tidak dapat dipenuhi alasan terbatas..

The stench in the room was overpowering. I made rhem come smell it and they agreed it was bad. Mold everywhere, stains on walls.

Awesome location near all the entertainment. good place and good budget. Great in general
