Отличный отель в неплохом районе города, примыкает к торговому центру, где есть разные рестораны. Хочу поблагодарить отель за приятный сюрприз в честь моего дня рождения. Дружелюбный персонал по всему отелю. Понравилась сауна и крытый бассейн, а в открытом бассейне вода была холодная. Идеальная уборка каждый день, хороший недорогой завтрак. Обязательно буду рекомендовать этот отель.

Mid week mini break
Pros:

Wonderful mid week mini break in a relaxing environment. Particularly enjoyed the Club experience where the staff were really helpful and pleasant. Thanks to Peter Zhang and his colleagues.
One minor suggestion - access to Netflix etc in room would be appreciated

Beautiful hotel with convenient access to mall
Pros:

The kids really likes the pools, especially the outdoor pool. Hotel has direct access to mall which makes it very convenient

Cons:

First night got a room with smoke smell; but next day we got a change of room without smell.

Pros:

Great hotel: we had a wonderful stay in Shenzhen at the Longham. The hotel was well-located, the room was clean and spacious, and the staff—especially Dean and Madix from the concierge team, whom we frequently relied on for online orders—were highly professional, respectful, and helpful. I recommend it 100%!

Sehr gerne wieder
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Haus, mit schönem Pool und sehr, sehr hilfreichen und zuvorkommendem Concierge Service. Die Männer an der Türe und beim Conciergeservice machen einen super Job, trotz Mängel bei der englischenSprache, einfach Top.

Sehr schöner Pool, sehr gutes Frühstück für Europäer.

Cons:

Das Gegenteil vom positiven Kommentar, ist leider bei der Reception der Fall. Sehr Steif und zurückhaltend, keine Nachfrage oder Herzlichkeit, das ist Schade.

Das Hotel selbst entspricht vollkommen den Vorstellungen.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

The room was spacious. I enjoyed using the swimming pool and the gym. Breakfast selection was extensive. Joe at breakfast and Lam at the fitness centre were excellent in their solicitude and help. The lounge was excellent, the evening food and drinks selection were fantastic.

Great Stay
Pros:

It was a quick trip, the hotel is well located and well maintained. Although not used, Health Club had good equipment and the pool was amazing. If you get a massage voucher make sure you book in early, I missed it as I tried in the last minute after came back from a meeting.
