Pros:

Aussergewöhnlich gutes Frühstück, sehr nettes internationales Personal was sehr bemüht war. Familienfreundlich. Toller aussen Pool und SPA. Wir waren sehr glücklich und haben zweimal verlängert!

Cons:

Wenn es danach geht von Perfekt zu unterscheiden, dann vielleicht dasss das Zimmer nicht brandneu war und man leichte Gebrauchsspuren gesehen hat. Die Lage ist sehr gut, aber könnte natürlich noch besser sein, aber das jammern auf hohen Niveau.

lovely hotel in great location
Pros:

Lovely hotel , great room , beds super comfy and staff mostly really helofyl

Cons:

Due to the shower gel and products being fixed to the wall by the shower unable to use when in the bath

an the bar we refused our first choice of wine by the glass as they didn’t have the bottles open - they did have the wine just not prepared to open it . they did open the bottles when we elected to dine in the restaurant

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff
Pros:

The Club rooms are amazing. Very big room, big bed, huge bathroom, big deep bathtub. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming.

Cons:

My room smelt a bit 'stale' as if at one time someone may have smoked in there - BUT there was an air purifier in the room so the hotel are doing what they can to improve this.
All the staff were super helpful but not many of them spoke English. This isn't a negative, just a heads up to have a good translation app with you!
