Excellent hotel staff super friendly and helpful but disappointed to get very strong smell of cigarettes in hallway of hotel floor we stayed on as presumed entire floor would be non smoking

Cons:

Ужасный запах плесени в номере, да и на всем этаже. Такое ощущение, что ты находишься в подвале. Этого, конечно, не должно быть в отеле с 5 звёздами.

We will be back!
Pros:

The most fantastic service and all the staff were so helpful. From the fresh rose when you check in to the cleaning staff taking care of every tiny detail - we were so impressed.
The rooms were quiet and the bed was so comfortable.
We did not have the breakfast so we can’t comment on the food at the hotel.

Cons:

The carpets in the hallway and in the rooms have a damp smell. It would be good if they could address the smell.

Pros:

Amazing hotel, the staff is very kind. I loved my stay!! The location is also great, its a quick 5 min walk to the subway station. I'd definitely recommend staying there!

beyond expectation
Pros:

I had an absolutely exceptional stay at The Langham, Shenzhen. From the moment I arrived, I was deeply impressed by the warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail of the entire team. I stayed for four nights and was kindly upgraded to a beautiful room, which made the experience even more memorable.

The club lounge was one of the highlights of my stay. The atmosphere was elegant and relaxing, and the service was truly outstanding. Phoebe from the lounge, in particular, provided exceptional service. She warmly introduced all the lounge options, showed me the bar and wine selection, made sure I was comfortable, and took the time to chat with me in such a friendly and genuine way. She even gave me helpful local tips for nail polish and lash extension stores, which I really appreciated. Her kindness and attentiveness made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for.

Phoebe’s colleagues Gina and Via were also wonderful. They were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay, and together they created a very pleasant and personalized lounge experience.

The dining experience was also excellent. The restaurant Tang Ge was truly exceptional. I stayed four nights and enjoyed dining there twice because the food, service, and overall experience were so impressive.

Overall, my stay at The Langham, Shenzhen was extremely pleasant and memorable. The upgraded room, wonderful club lounge, exceptional restaurant, and especially the outstanding service from the lounge team made this one of my best hotel experiences. I would highly recommend this hotel and would be very happy to return.

Would like to come back
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Langham hotel. The location is excellent short walk of Chengongmiao Station (exit D is outside of the hotel). Next to EP Mall with plenty of options for dining and shopping. The hotel is elegant, the rooms very comfortable and super clean and the staff very friendly and professional. At the reception you can rent AI translators or translator.

Cons:

As a family of four, we found the hotel breakfast a little expensive, so we decided to enjoy breakfast at the many nearby cafes instead or the different cafes at various malls. But that is our personal opinion.
