Comfortable and Clean
Pros:

My stay at the Langham was exceptional. This property is one of my favourite hotels in China and if I ever find myself in Shenzhen again I will be sure to rebook this location. When I was conducting research on the hotel one of my primary concerns was the location but upon reflection I think that the location is absolutely fine. The property was very clean and the staff were helpful.

Cons:

The only negative I found with The Langham is that despite being a hotel with its roots in England the staff spoke very little/no English. This was a surprise for such a business centred city like Shenzhen and did complicate any interface that i had with reception - one example being that I was offered a cake upon checking which i was surprised about as i never asked for it - but i graciously accepted the kind good will gesture and asked that it would be sent to my room - it never arrived. Nevertheless this is a great hotel which I would love to stay at again

좋은위치와 깨끗함.
Pros:

디디타고 다녔는데 웬만한곳이 다 30위안 미만 나올정도로 위치가 좋았음.
연결된 쇼핑몰도 매우 유용했음.
하우스키핑이 너무나도 훌륭함.

Cons:

주변 10시이후 편의점이 잘 없으니, 10시전에 필요한것 미리 사세요!^^

Good room and service… but can’t get past the unpleasant odour.
Pros:

Location. Good-sized room. Service staff were friendly, efficient and considerate.

Cons:

Our first “upgraded room” smelled musty, so we requested a different room, and the hotel staff graciously obliged. But on the second evening, the musty smell returned to the new room, and it got stronger the last day, before our checkout.
Seems like it’s either a plumbing issue or a ventilation issue.
It was great value for money, but they need to fix the source of the smell. Also, we went to the hotel bar at 12:40am, hoping to have a drink after we were told that the bar closes at 1:30am. It was already closed, so kinda disappointing. And there are way too many switches to room lights and it was v confusing.

Once again, another wonderful stay at The Langham. It’s my ‘go to’ hotel and I won’t stay anywhere else.
Pros:

Amazing welcoming scent, fresh, clean, lovely staff and very relaxing environment.

Cons:

I love the deep baths, but it would be nice to have some bath salts to add to it.
