Sehr freundlicher Patron, gepflegtes Zimmer, mit Geschmack eingerichtet. Günstiger Preis für die Lage in einem der schönsten Flecken der Dordogne/Vezere.
Leider war das Restaurant wegen längerfristiger Erkrankung des Kochs geschlossen. Es gibt aber sehr gute andere Lokale in fußläufiger Entfernung.

Lovely hotel with a stunning little garden and swimming pool. Exceptionally kind and friendly hosts and just a really special and beautiful place. Well appointed rooms and walking distance of all the restaurants and museum etc of Les Eyzies. Being served delicious drinks by the beautiful little swimming pool was an absolute delight! Excellent breakfast.
Nothing, really! The 'cozy' rooms are very small but that was to be expected!
Tolle Lage, tolle Zimmer, perfektes Frühstück, perfekte Gastgeber. Die beiden Gastgeber haben jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Der Aufenthalt dort war für uns etwas besonderes. Vielen lieben Dank für alles.
Der Bahnhof ist wenige Schritte entfernt, der kostenlose Parkplatz gleich gegenüber vom Hotel. Die Gastgeber sind hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und sympathisch. Das historische Gebäude hat großen Charme und wird laufend sorgfältig renoviert.
This is a lovely hotel with a beautiful terrace and swimming pool. Comfortable rooms. The owners, Ruud and Jan are friendly and very helpful - nothing is too.much trouble. I love this hotel. It's my fourth stay there and I will definitely return.
Great hotel in a great location. Very welcoming and dog friendly. Room a good size, really nicely finished and very comfortable. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend as a place to stay and have already booked to come back!
The place was really nice the owners were super friendly. The restaurant was closed unfortunately but the owner suggested a lot of replacement

My son and I stayed three nights at the Cro Magnon Hotel. It was the center of our adventure to visit prehistoric art caves.
I chose this hotel because I stayed there 50+ years earlier on a similar themed visit, and I was not disappointed. It's quite an accomplishment to maintain and modernize an historic building and the current owners have done just that. (The hotel is built into the grotto where prehistoric cultural and physical remains were discovered; you can touch the actual stone wall of the grotto on the 2nd floor of the hotel).
Our stay felt very personal as we interacted with the owners each day and they were genuinely interested that our time in Les Eyzes was successful in every way. We are English speakers and encountered no language difficulties here. Also, this hotel is LGBTQ friendly.
The village of Les Eyzes was the center of discovery of prehistoric art in France. There are hundreds of prehistoric sites in the vicinity, including a few where you can enter the cave and see the originals. So, if you crave such a vacation, or even if you seek a few days escape in a beautiful part of France, this historic boutique hotel would be perfect for you.
Hôtel avec excellente localisation permettant de découvrir facilement la magnifique ville des Eyzies mais également les différents sites touristiques.
L'accueil de Rudd et Yan a été super. Ils ont été au petits soins du début à la fin du séjour.
Nous sommes ravies de notre séjour et recommanderons l'hôtel sans hésiter.
