Pros:

We love our room with a view of the Staubbach Falls. Check-in was quick. Breakfast was great. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable.

Pros:

The room was beautiful and our patio looked out on the valley and Staubbach Falls. Complimentary breakfast was nice looking out at the garden. The restaurant served an excellent dinner.

Pros:

Café da manhã e o jantar foram maravilhosos. Comida deliciosa. Equipe Muito atenciosa, muito gentil em tudo. No Jantar nos atendeu Maria, uma espanhola da Galícia, que compreendia e falava português perfeitamente. O quarto que ficamos era excelente, amplo, novo e muito confortável, com enxoval novo e toalhas bem fofinhas. A sua varanda tinha uma das vistas mais bonitas de nossas vidas, de frente pra espetacular cachoeira Staubbach, com grama e casinhas típicas nos arredores, e o alpes com os picos nevados no fundo.

It was a nice place to stay and relax.
Pros:

The hotel was very cute and it had an amazing view to the mountains. For 5 franc, you can do your own laundry. The food was also amazing; I ate there for breakfast and dinner.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Loved the view, the facilities and friendly staff. Food at the restaurant was delicious too.

Would like to have tea or coffee machine in the room, even though there were fear facilities in the foyer.

Lovely little hotel and amazing views
Pros:

Wow what a view from our room.

The room was lovely, the bathroom and shower were great and the view (despite only being on the 2nd floor was fantastic.

Complimentary tea/coffee at reception and boiling water.

Parking was easy and there's a back entrance to the hotel which made access super easy.

Cons:

We couldn't check in early as the room wasn't ready but that wasn't an issue as we were still allowed to access the carpark whilst we went for a walk into town.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing with hot food limited to scrambled egg, terrible little sausages and streaky bacon. It was also a bit disappointing to see the waitress clearing tables using a steel trolley and scraping leftovers into a tub on top of the trolley. I don't need to see that, just take the plates away.

Short but sweet stay.
Pros:

Liked the chilled water in the lobby. Breakfast was good. Very close to the train station.

Cons:

The room is smaller than thought, and no view (facing parking lot).
