Sehr gemütlicher Aufenthalt in bester Lage von Lauterbrunnen
Pros:

Sehr komfortabel, sauber und ein sehr bequemes Bett. Das Frühstück war lecker, frisch und die Auswahl ausreichend. Das Restaurant, wo wir zu Abend gegessen haben, sehr lecker. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder!

Lovely hotel, fantastic location in the heart of Wengen
Pros:

We had a great stay at the Silberhorn, the rooms are comfortable and spacious, the hotel staff went out of their way to be kind and helpful. The outdoor hot tub after a day on the mountains felt like a lovely treat. Location was perfect only about 50m from ski lifts, ice rink and right next to ski hire shop and coop.

Evening meals were not great for vegetarians very limited options but they charged us the same flat rate (CHF 50 for adults and CHF 25 for kids) which seemed very poor value for the quality of the food. Breakfast buffet was decent though.

Only other thing I would change is to stop the staff smoking at the front and back entrance to the hotel, there was horrible smoke smell to walk through and the boot room was quite smelly because of this.

Outstanding stay at Silberhorn Hotel!
Pros:

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our 8 night stay at Hotel Silberhorn in Wegen. Outstanding location opposite the train station, a friendly welcoming staff, excellent food and service in both restaurants, a lovely spa with saunas, steam room, indoor and outdoor jacuzzis and a small but nice fitness center, and a nice ski room for keeping our skis and boots. The views from our Jungfrau View Family room were outstanding. We’re already hoping to return and stay at the Silberhorn hotel next ski season.

Insgesamt ein wirklich sehr schöner Aufenthalt, den wir gerne weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet, sauber und bot einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf Lauterbrunnen. Auch das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend, was wir sehr geschätzt haben.

Cons:

Der TV hat leider nicht funktioniert. Für uns war das kein Problem, da wir ihn nicht gebraucht haben, aber grundsätzlich sollte so etwas vor der Ankunft neuer Gäste überprüft werden.
