Но в целом отель очень понравился , особенно персонал на ресепшен очень вежливые и отщывчивые
Pros:

Мне понравилось что есть чем заняться в отеле
Я был с двумя детьми 7 и 11 лет и нам не было совсем скучно

Cons:

Не понравилось что иногда в ресторане приходилось самому искать столик
Еще официанты сильно спешили убирать стол , когда я еще не допил свои напитки

Nice and beautiful location

Bra hotell , men litt slitent.
Pros:

God frokost.
Kunne bo tre på rommet.

Cons:

Viste ikke fotbsll-Vm kampen som lovet .
Litt dårlig vedlikeholdt rom. Måtte ha service på både tørkestativ og air condition. Fikk ikke flere kleshengere som vi trengte på rommet.

Gut geschlafen, gut gegessen, gut geschwommen - jederzeit gerne wieder!
Pros:

Sehr gut renoviertes Zimmer in der 3. Etage mit seitlichem Meerblick, groß, modernes Bad und ebenerdige Dusche. Von der Etage gelangt man direkt zu den beiden Pools, top gepflegt, gute Liegen, wunderschön im Garten gelegen. Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken an der Pool-Bar top, sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück im großen, hellen Frühstücksraum mit Terrasse war ein wirklicher Genuss. Auswahl sehr umfangreich, spanische Spezialitäten, Aufschnitt, Käse, Brot, Cerealien, frisches Gemüse und Obst, Eierspeisen (Omelette werden frisch zubereitet), guter Kaffee, alle kalten Getränke vorhanden. Zum Meer geht es auf der gegenüberliegenden Strassenseite im, für Gäste frei zugänglichen, Hotel Bonanza Playa, dort wird auch das Buffet-Abendessen gereicht.

Pros:

Mi è piaciuta molto la colazione, abbondante e buona. Il letto era comodissimo. Bagno molto moderno. Armadi che si illuminano nell'aprirli. Ho particolarmente apprezzato che, dopo il check-out, abbiamo chiesto un posto dove cambiarci dopo essere stati in spiaggia, il personale ci abbia dedicato una "courtesy room" per farci la doccia (giusto per non andare in aeroporto pieni di sabbia). Il personale è stato molto cordiale. Posizione ottima con due linee di autobus che portano verso Palma e verso Magaluf.

Cons:

La porta della nostra camera non si apriva bene perché le piastrelle del suolo si stavano alzando (o non sono state messe bene, o forse erano un po' vecchiotte). La pulizia andrebbe migliorata un po'. Trovavamo la nostra camera sempre in ordine, ma la doccia e le superfici in generale non erano pulite alla perfezione. La posizione è perfetta, passano due pullman a pochi minuti di distanza l'uno dall'altro, ma consiglio di prendere la macchina se si vuole andare fuori dal quartiere Illetes. Ad ogni modo, mi sono trovata molto bene!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area, and the facilities were great. Breakfast offered a good variety and everything was fresh and tasty. Overall, we had a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers. We would happily stay here again.

Pros:

God frokost. Kort vei inn til Palma. Bussen stoppet rett utenfor hotellet. Fin strand med gode fasiliteter.

Cons:

Bungalowen var nok ikke oppgradert på noen tiår. Få lyspunkter, det ble derfor mørkt inne etter mørkets frambrudd. Savnet en vannkoker og noen glass/kopper.

Very good
Pros:

The hotel is in a very good location. Beach is very good. In front of the hotel is the bus station where you can take bus no. 4 which goes directly to the Palma city center. Breakfast was open buffet with a lot of options.

Cons:

Sun umbrellas are not included in the price of the room for the Bonanza Park. You have to pay extra 45 euros per day for two sun beds and an umbrella. You need to pay 18 euro per day for parking
