La disponibilité mais surtout réactivité du personnel.
Désiré porte bien son nom. Avec elle vos Désirs sont réalisés.
Francisco au self est d’une discréte présence aux yeux de linx.

Les personnels étaient super sympa sauf 1 mec qui était pendant le petit déjeuner. Il s’appelait Alex et il était très désagréable et impoli

Superb experience hotel
Pros:

Incredible staff, many thanks to Valentina, Pepe and Desiree. Incredible location, nice breakfast and dinner buffet and well maintained hotel.

Cons:

During the night it was a bit too hot. During midseason I can understand it is not ecological to turn on the airconditioning. We survived😁.

Un séjour de rêve
Pros:

Nous avons été placées au Bonanza Playa.
Magnifique vue sur la mer et balcon au top pour profiter de la vue !
Petit déjeuner incroyable, spa très agréable, personnel extrêmement accueillant et souriant, jolie plage à 10 minutes à pieds.
Le bus pour Palma passe juste devant l’hotel et rejoint Palma en 35 minutes.
Tout était parfait !
