The location was great. The room was big and comfortable

Cons:

Plastic cups, paper cups, no coffee, no bathroom amenities..shampoo etc. for the price and classy building the small things cheapen the experience. The breakfast wasn’t great, never replenished. Bread basket would not get filled. Staff was not very friendly or wanting to satisfy a customer.

Pros:

The location was great; You could walk to great restaurants and bars, and it was close to major sites and to the metro. It was a 10 minute walk to the train station. The breakfast buffet and cappuccino were very good! There was a lovely courtyard area as well!

Pros:

Muy buena ubicacion: caminando llegas al centro histórico y tambien a la Estación de trenes

Cons:

Muy bueno el desayuno, abundante y con variedad, pero le baja puntos el que tengas que pedir café a un mesero. Debiese ser autoservicio. Se pierde tiempo en la espera

Great place with a few small quirks
Pros:

Overall, a very comfortable stay in a beautiful place, and I would gladly stay here again. There were just a few small things that could be improved. At times it was a little noisy: doors slamming and people in other rooms talking or snoring were quite audible.
At breakfast, having to ask for coffee each time was also a bit annoying. A self-service machine alongside the barista option for those who prefer better-quality coffee would be much more convenient. The coffee itself was actually one of the better parts of the breakfast, as the rest was fairly average.
These are relatively minor points though. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return.
