The room was relatively clean. The breakfast was OK.

I am not used to give accommodations low grades. Four times I asked the staff at the lobby to help me to get common information, you need when you are trawelling. Every time I got this feeling that I was bothering them. They seemd to have more important things to do every time. One of the staff, brown haired woman, maybe in here thirties (she was not marked with her name so I don´t know here name) was very rude and talked to me as I was an fool. I have never in my life met a lobby personal with such a lack of servie mind or been insulted so much on all my journeys that have lasted half a century.

Fint lille hotel med super beliggenhed på en stille gade.

Beliggenheden er virkelig god. Personalet meget venlige og værelserne store og rene, og nemme at varme op og lufte ud.

Det eneste jeg manglede var muligheden for at lave kaffe eller te på værelset. Ellers alt godt!

Localização excelente. Funcionários cordiais.

Cons:

O isolamento acústico entre os quartos é péssimo. Dá pra ouvir o que se fala nos quartos ao lado. O espaço de banho (chuveiro) é apertadíssimo, quase impossível de movimentar dentro do box. Eles cobram uma taxa que, em tese, de acordo com o que informa o Booking, já estaria incluído no valor pago na reserva.

La posizione molto centrale.
Letto comodo.

Cons:

Staff gelido, un sorriso di benvenuto non guasterebbe.
Camera senza affaccio esterno e senza carattere.
In generale un hotel rimasto agli anni 90, con molta plastica nei set del bagno, prodotti per la colazione di bassa qualità industriale: tutti elementi inappropriati per un hotel attuale.
