Comfortable safe hotel in excellent location for sightseeing
Pros:

Location extremely convenient, 5 minute walk from Piazza del Nettuno. Reception staff friendly, courteous and efficient e.g. in booking taxis or looking after luggage before check-in and after check-out. Made my stay easier. Breakfast provided good range of cold cuts, cheeses and pastries plus a couple of cooked items.

Cons:

It would have been nice to be offered more coffee at breakfast!

Pros:

La limpieza y la ubicación son Excelentes.
Habitaciones grandes. Camas muy cómodas. Baño totalmente renovado y bien equipado.
El personal es muy amable.
Desayuno bien. Se agotaban algunos productos que no reponían. Eché en falta más variedad de fruta, algunos frutos secos y algún queso curado. Algo lentos al traer los cafés.

Cons:

Las habitaciones no eran contiguas, pero entiendo que la estructura del edificio lo dificulta.
La cama supletoria no era cómoda.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The staff were absolutely excellent—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. Their professionalism and warmth truly made a difference throughout my stay.
The rooms have been recently renovated and are beautifully done. Everything felt fresh, modern, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day.
On top of that, the location is perfect—conveniently situated close to everything you might need, whether it’s sightseeing, dining, or getting around the city.

Overall, a fantastic experience. I would definitely come back!

Un precioso hotel con un personal muy amable en pleno centro de Bolonia
Pros:

La ubicación es extraordinaria, las habitaciones están muy limpias, son amplias y tienen unas camas fantásticas. Muy buen desayuno

Cons:

Unas amigas tenían una habitación de buhardilla donde hacía bastante calor, la mia y de otras amigas en la primera planta estaban perfectas

Exceptional Hotel with Amazing Staff
Pros:

The initial reaction was fantastic and warm. Our room was very modern on two levels. Quite warm on arrival but we were able to adjust the temperature. The bathroom was very spacious with a walk in shower
