Voordat we gingen hadden we de recensies bekeken en lazen we over geluidsoverlast van hotel ernaast, koud zwembad, te luid muziek bij zwembad, ontbijt binnen, geen parkeerplek bij hotel. Niks van dit alles. Het was echt allemaal top!

Cons:

Het enige minpuntje wat wij vonden was dat de douche geen harde straal had, maar dat is echt peanut.

Ce qui était bien c’était le service voiturier, disponible à la seconde près, souriant et très serviable.

Cons:

Notre pire expérience pour un 5 étoile.
Le personnel était vraiment pas content d’être là. On ne nous sourit jamais et la plus part du temps personne ne vous dit bonjour, appart la réception et le service voiturier.
Si vous avez envie avoir le diabète commandez les cocktail à la Savina jolie bad au bord de la piscine, il n’y a pas de vrai barman avec un vrai cocktail et des vrai saveurs meme pour les cocktails les plus basique. Tout est à base de 80% de sirop et imbuvable. La nourriture clairement pas à la hauteur, le personnel ne parle pas anglais pour la plus part, si vous demandez des explications pour certains plats vous en aurez pas. Nous avons souper une seule fois à la Savina sous conseil du personnel en nous disant que c’était excellent. Nous n’avons pas pu manger, le chat qui tournais autour de notre table lui par contre s’est régalée.
Chambre trop petite et trop mal isolée, oubliez Les grasses matinées si un matin vous avez envie de vous reposer, vous entendez tout. Au début nous avions 2 peignoirs qui ont été servis 1x et qui nous ont été retirée sans jamais nous en remettre des nouveaux.
La clime s’éteint automatiquement dès que vous ouvrez la porte du balcon et il faut à chaque fois retourner à l’entrée et tout remettre manuellement.
Le petit déjeuner n’as pas beaucoup de choix si vous n’aimez pas le déjeuner anglais… encore une fois pour un 5 étoile…
Des odeur d’égouts un peu partout lorsque vous passez dans l’hôtel qu’ils essayent de cacher avec de l’ensens, malheureusement ça ne marche pas.
Bref notre pire expérience dans un 5 étoile nous attendions beaucoup car notre première fois à Ibiza, nous n’avons pas passée beaucoup de temps à l’hôtel encore moins à la piscine. Le personnel vous donnera l’impression que vous déranger d’être là et si vous osez faire une remarque pour quelque chose, on vous lèvera même les yeux au ciel et haussera la voix dessus.

We genoten van de rust.
Pros:

De kamer is mooi ingericht. De bedden zijn ruim en comfortabel. De badkamer was uitgerust met een regen-en handdouche. Er is een haardroger beschikbaar. Je kan, indien je dat wenst, dagelijks verse handdoeken en lakens krijgen. Het hotel is een oase van rust. Het is een ruim hotel en hierdoor heb je geen hinder van andere gasten. We huurden een auto en deze werd door het personeel naar een nabijgelegen parking gebracht. Als je 's morgens met de auto wou vertrekken, dan bracht een medewerker je naar de parking. 's Avonds reed je tot bij het hotel, je gaf de autosleutels aan een medewerker af en hij bracht de auto terug naar de parking. Dat was een heel vlotte service. Al de medewerkers doen echt hun best om je het zo goed mogelijk naar je zin te maken. Ze verdienen een dikke pluim.

Cons:

We hadden gekozen voor ontbijt + diner. De maaltijden (buffetten) waren beide verzorgd en het eten was lekker. Toch vonden we het jammer dat er vooral bij het diner weinig variatie was. We verbleven vijf dagen in dit hotel en tijdens die vijf dagen kregen we steeds dezelfde lasagne, dezelfde warme groentes, aardappelen ... De obers vragen je of je een vis- of vleesgerecht wil, dit gerecht wordt door hen aan tafel geserveerd. Dit verloopt niet zo vlot. We denken dat het eenvoudiger is om dit zelf rechtstreeks bij de kok te bestellen. Tijdens het diner is water gratis, voor koffie en thee moet je wel betalen. Als we hier nog een keer zouden terugkomen, zouden we enkel kamer met ontbijt nemen.

La ubicación es muy buena en la cala

Cons:

NO tiene el servicio de hotel de 5 estrellas para nada. El servicio es lamentable, igual que muchos otros detalles;
tardaron 1 hora y 20 minutos en hacernos el check in de 2 habitaciones...la tv de una habitación no funcionaba, el agua caliente no salía en otra de las habitaciones... una araña gigante colgando de techo,...
Lo peor el personal: poca experiencia y nada resolutivos. Salvo la directora del hotel, que se esforzó por intentar mejorar la experiencia....el resto mejor ni comentar.

Pros:

Mooie locatie, prachtig uitzicht.
Proper net hotel

Cons:

Eten en drinken veel te duur, automatische tips bij gerekend. Geen eten meer aan zwembad. Veel veranderd sinds vorig jaar, maar niet in de positieve zin.

Deposit van creditcard nog steeds niet terug. Reeds gevraagd aan receptie en thuis per mail, nog steeds niet in orde!
