The location was secluded and beautiful. The hotel itself was gorgeous; spacious, clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and welcoming.
That there was a beach club that could only be used with a minimum spend, lack of information about the hotels environmental credentials and the hotel website, which looks pretty, but isn’t much use!
Super Lage & weitläufige Anlage, genug Platz und nicht überlaufen, direkt am Strand und schöner Bucht, tolle Restaurants im Umkreis 10km, recht neues Zimmer.
Parkplatz ausserhalb der Anlage, aber mit Shuttle.
Frühstücksbuffet recht chaotisch, aber mit großer Auswahl.

Breakfast was literally amazing! One of the best I’ve had - such fantastic quality. With a gorgeous view over the beach & sea. Just stunning. The staff were excellent - from start to finish. We were particularly impressed with the wonderful Gilles who signposted us to some wonderful places & knew everything about everything! Very responsive & helpful booking restaurants & making sure we experienced the very best of the area!

La habitación impresionante (amplia, moderna, con un balcón súper grande )y las instalaciones muy modernas y la atención de todos espectacular
Solo dispone de Dos ascensores y para un complejo tan grande lo veo poco, tienes que esperar bastante algunas veces.
El depósito de 250€ por habitación lo veo innecesario, simplemente poniendo una tarjeta como aval sería suficiente

- Odeurs d'égouts dans la douche
- Parking à distance, située dans une zone poussiéreuse : peu pratique quand on sort le soir un peu habillé, et voiture couverte de poussière
- Pas d'enceinte bluetooth dans la chambre... Une Junior Suite !!
- Pas de mouchoirs en papier dans la Salle de Bain
- Pas de rails pour suspendre les serviettes: obligé de les laisser traîner dans la chambre !
- 2/3 ascenseurs en panne pendant 2 ou 3 jours
- On vous présente comme premium des choses qui n'en sont pas...
Clean and comfortable
Le calme et le cadre de cet endroit - l'hôtel se trouve dans une crique exceptionnelle. Un petit-déjeuner exceptionnel.
La chambre très propre. L'attention de tout le personnel. Nous avons été gâtés par des attentions, car nous avons fêté mon anniversaire et notre anniversaire de mariage.
Certainement les prix des restaurants sont hauts, mais j'ai envie de dire qu'ils sont pareils sur toute l'île d'Ibiza. En tout cas, nous avons bien aimé la cuisine, la variété et le service.
