Esperienza profondamente deludente. Una struttura 5 stelle dovrebbe distinguersi per il servizio, non solo per l’estetica.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel dal 31 luglio al 5 agosto e, purtroppo, l’esperienza è stata ben al di sotto delle aspettative che ci si aspetta da una struttura di questa categoria.

Partiamo dal check-in.

Arriviamo in hotel alle 23:00, dopo un lungo viaggio. Il parcheggiatore era da solo e, anziché occuparsi del servizio, mi chiede cortesemente di accompagnarlo con la mia auto fino al parcheggio, spiegandomi che si trova a circa cinque minuti di macchina dalla struttura. Per educazione accetto senza problemi, ma è evidente che una situazione del genere non dovrebbe mai verificarsi in un hotel cinque stelle. Dopo ore di viaggio, anziché rilassarmi e iniziare la vacanza, mi ritrovo a fare parte del servizio parcheggio.

Una volta rientrati in hotel per completare il check-in, arriva la seconda sorpresa: 20 euro al giorno per il parcheggio. Pagare un servizio premium e ritrovarsi addirittura a dover collaborare per parcheggiare la propria auto è, francamente, surreale.

Purtroppo questa è stata solo la prima di una lunga serie di disorganizzazioni.

La camera, invece, è stata una delle poche note positive: elegante, spaziosa e perfettamente in linea con le aspettative. Anche la colazione è di buon livello, con un buffet ricco e vario.

Da qui, però, iniziano i veri problemi.

L’hotel dispone di quattro piscine. Alla prima veniamo informati che i lettini sono disponibili solo con una spesa minima di 100 euro per lettino. Decidiamo quindi di spostarci nelle altre tre piscine, dove i lettini sono gratuiti. Peccato che, con circa 160 camere e un numero estremamente limitato di lettini disponibili, se non si scende entro le nove del mattino è praticamente impossibile trovare posto.

Ci dirigiamo quindi in spiaggia, dove ci aspetteremmo almeno un’accoglienza o un minimo di assistenza. Nulla di tutto questo.

A relaxing resort with many places with sea view.

The location and the view is very relaxing.

Cons:

The room was simple but clean and modern with touch of Ibiza theme relaxing beach. The resort is big and needs to go up and down many times. It can be tiring.
