Faciliteiten en service

Cons:

Kleine kamer en wachttijd voor het ontbijt waardoor het massaal kan aanvullen. Je verwacht ook geen handdoek leggers waardoor ik overweeg niet meer te komen.

Fijn, mooi .. maar wel afgelegen.
Pros:

Prachtige inrichting, beste bedden ooit, zeer goed ontbijt met geweldig uitzicht (wel eea snel op), heerlijk zwembad(en).

Cons:

Voor ons hoeft (harde) muziek vanaf 11.00 niet, zeker niet wanneer je hele dag twee verschillende beats hoort (andere komende van Beachclub van hotel). Vonden restaurant op sommige punten extreem duur (75,- euro voor kan Sangria) en personeel bar niet zo vlot en niet zo vriendelijk. Typisch dat je iedere dag handdoek netjes ophangt (kan nog prima dagje mee) en we toch steeds nieuwe kregen.

Laura, la guest experience manager, nos hizo sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. Después, Jean Marie en Atrio convirtió el simple hecho de tomar unas copas en una experiencia excepcional. Y para rematar, Titi, el canario del steak house, nos ofreció un servicio digno de un restaurante con estrella Michelin. Sin duda han en este hotel hacen un extra mile para que el cliente se sienta especial

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme et la tranquillité des lieux, parfaits pour se reposer, ainsi que la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel.

Nous souhaitons tout particulièrement remercier Laura, du service Guest Relations, qui a été adorable et très professionnelle. Nous avons rencontré un problème pendant notre séjour et elle a immédiatement fait le nécessaire pour nous aider et trouver une solution. Un grand merci à elle pour son écoute et sa réactivité.

Cons:

Concernant l’emplacement, l’hôtel est situé dans un très joli environnement, mais il faut savoir qu’il est assez éloigné du sud de l’île. Comme nous souhaitions découvrir plusieurs plages situées dans le sud, nous avons fait beaucoup de route. La location d’une voiture nous paraît donc indispensable si l’on souhaite visiter Ibiza.

Nous avons été un peu déçus par la plage de l’hôtel. Nous nous attendions à une eau plus claire et transparente, et ce n’était malheureusement pas le cas pendant notre séjour.

Enfin, nous avons trouvé les tarifs de la restauration de l’hôtel vraiment très élevés, ce qui nous a amenés à préférer manger à l’extérieur à plusieurs reprises.

Malgré ces quelques points, nous gardons un bon souvenir de notre séjour, principalement grâce au calme de l’hôtel, à son cadre et surtout à la qualité et à la gentillesse du personnel.
