Great service

Nice updated hotel with nice staff.

Some things were outdated, the garbage can in the bathroom didn't work, and the shower was leaking.

Front desk staff were excellent, very helpful and spoke english which was great..

The staff was very professional and friendly.

At first i was not so sure about the hotel. This was as when i entered there was no kettle available to make tea or coffee. However upon requesting a kettle one was immediately brought to my room so i was then satisfied and happy. The room itself was immaculately clean. Bathroom was amazingly clean and water pressure was powerful. Our room was cleaned daily and replenished with mineral water new towels and sheets. The restaurant in this hotel had amazing food on offer. We would dine here for breakfast and dinner. Both the breakfast and dinner were really of a high grade quality. Above and beyond service also. So good service that when we left the hotel at 2am as we had to check out early for a train the hotel prepared us a packed breakfast for our train journey. I cant stress enough how good the service was. Really a 5 star service. This hotel definitely should have more than a 3 star rating. I would most definitely always stay here when visiting Lviv. Thanks again to the hotel staff that really made our stay seem super special. An excellent stay!!!

The showers are ridiculously small. The water pressure was weak and the hot water tepid. What did last was the wedding reception with extremely loud music that went to nearly 3 a.m.

Restaurant 5 stars, while hotel should be 4 stars, not 3 as advertised

Overall we had a very good time. The people at the front desk were very helpful.

I booked the room for 1 person then amended it to 2 people. I paid the difference when i arrived and also got a receipt. When i checked out, they said that i am due to pay for the 2nd person. I told them that i had paid already and showed the receipt. They weren't convinced. The receptionist called the manager before it was resolved. As I was running late to the airport, i was quite impatient.
Could have been done in a more effective way.

What I expected from a nice Ramada hotel - however the location is not the best as it’s far from central Lviv and it’s not at the airport but near it

The hotel said they had a shuttle but it is not free; in fact it costs more than a taxi, which is pretty inexpensive here

Wish more hotel staff spoke English (considering this is an American hotel after all)

Very nice condition- good restaurant. The hotel is very close to the airport but not convenient at all to the center of Lviv; in fact it’s just outside Lviv city limits. At least taxis are cheap.

Staff at the bar could learn a few words of English since Ramada is an American hotel after all, and one would expect that they know at least the bare minimum, which is not even the case.
