A equipe foi extremamente atenciosa e prestativa durante toda a estadia. O café da manhã também foi excelente, com ótima variedade e qualidade.

Um gesto que nos marcou foi o empréstimo de um guarda-chuva para que pudéssemos ir até a igreja sem nos preocupar com a chuva. Minha mãe também ficou encantada com o atendimento e a atenção do valet, que foi muito gentil e prestativo. São pequenos detalhes que fazem toda a diferença e demonstram o cuidado da equipe com os hóspedes.

Cons:

Como pontos de melhoria, acredito que a informação sobre o estacionamento poderia ser muito mais clara na Booking. A cobrança de R$ 30,00 por dia aparece apenas no FAQ, um local que muitos hóspedes podem não consultar antes de concluir a reserva. Quando um hotel informa que possui estacionamento, seria importante destacar de forma mais visível que o serviço é pago e qual é o valor cobrado, evitando surpresas no check-out.

Além disso, embora o banheiro estivesse limpo e bem cuidado, os lençóis do quarto apresentavam sinais de desgaste, com aspecto encardido e alguns furos. Também havia uma camada visível de poeira embaixo da cama, o que indica que a limpeza do quarto poderia ser mais cuidadosa.

Esses pontos não apagam a excelente experiência com a equipe e o atendimento recebido, mas são aspectos que merecem atenção para tornar a hospedagem ainda melhor.
