If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

Funcionários da recepção extremamente mal educados!
Tudo neste hotel funciona perfeitamente, desde a recepção até o checkout.. a cama é confortável, limpeza impecável, café da manhã excelente e os funcionários super educados e prestativos.. a equipe inteira, sem exceção está de parabéns!!!

A ducha higiênica estava estragada
A localização é boa, mas as acomodações são antigas e faz muito barulho nos quartos. Não havia secador no quarto e a televisão é bem pequena. A academia é muito pequena e com equipamentos em mau estado. Pelo preço alto, esperava mais conforto.
O café da manhã não é muito variado - apesar dos comentários nesse sentido -, apenas há imensa quantidade de pães e bolos. Não dispõe de opções sem lactose, ovos em diferentes preparos (apenas mexido), cereais, nem há muita variedade de frutas.
