Convenient location, lovely atmosphere, friendly staff.
Our bedroom overlooked the pool and didn't have net or privacy curtains. Also there was a party at the pool. Fortunately we were out a lot.

Lovely gardens. Our room had a balcony over looking the view. Food was very good in the restaurant. Pool area was very nice for relaxing.
Only issue was the pool water was quite cloudy and not inviting.

Check-in as very fast and efficient. Room was of a very high standard. The only issue being it was very easy to hear movement in the next room. Beautiful looking hotel with a nice bar and outdoor areas to relax in. A very short ride to Montecasino. Breakfast was very good.

The room, albeit large, lacked décor and personality. For the amount of money paid, it was very basic, at least the waters could have been free.
Of the 3x mornings, I had breakfast once. The 'buffet' was lacklustre and could do with some help.
In general I feel the room was way overcharged, definitely not luxury material.
