Only one room key worked. The bed was uncomfortable, and only one pillow. Found toe nail clippings in the bathroom. Oh and apparently this hotel is “permanently closed.”
Stayed at Vieline as Wildwood was closed. Upscale hotel. You were greeted with ton of friendly service. Upon checkin you were offered champagne. The room was nice. The AC unit was very loud and the in room phone did not work. Overall the hotel was nice.
Your team is very willing and hard working. With flare, professionalism and kindness aiming to make one’s stay stress free, easy and fun. Thank you for your hospitality, smiles and goodwill!
Awesome spot, fix hot tub
Dirty and run down
Place is a Dump Marriot should be ashamed !
Clogged toilets stagnant air in the rooms
Lynn is absolutely fantastic! Every time I see her, she greets me with a warm smile and provides excellent service. She’s friendly, professional, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is just right. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares and makes you feel like a valued customer every single time. Thank you, Lynn, for always making my experience a great one! — Kenneth Hernandez
TV did not work, internet was too slow to use/unsecured, both hot tubs were out of order, the "heated" pool was freezing cold, no cleaning services provided. Wouldn't have cared except for the fact that I was charged $50 in "resort" fees even though 80% of the amenities were out of order and the rest cost additional (literally even the pool table in the lobby).
Disgusting hotel. Filthy dirty, shower water removes either scalding hot or ice cold. Hot tub was filthy and cold.
Evan’s customer service was stellar!! He was fabulous and all knowing!
Dated, very dated. Bottom sheet did not fit bed, came undone.
We booked a 'suite' with a bedroom and fold out couch.
Sofa bed mattress was horrible! Springs were sticking out. They offered a rollaway bed. Ok, but it took lots of space.
NO COFFEE! They did not have coffee for the Lilly machine in our room. After 3 days of requesting another coffee maker, then finally brought a K cup machine. Told us coffee would be in the lobby by 7 am each day. First day, they told us to walk to another hotel and get coffee. It felt like we were stealing from the other hotel. Other days, coffee finally available 7:30 or later. No creamer, no caffeinated tea.
In general, the property was not very clean. Stairwells were filthy. Elevators had trash in and around them.
Requested trash and towel service. Did not occur for 2 days. Then I had to go to the front desk and demand that someone come to our room.
Bedroom and bath doors squeaked loudly. Front door did not automatically close - you had to pull it closed and double checked that it locked.
Location was convenient to the ski slope and Snowmass Mall (stores, restaurants).
It’s an old hotel capitalizing on its closeness to the ski lifts. The room was tolerable. The worst part was the loud music until about 1:30 am from the restaurant across the street. No breakfast. $30/day parking. However, the skiing was great, and they let us in around 11 am.
Location was great
The hotel was steps from the ski resort, which was awesome, but the hotel itself needs updating and more physical help. It was not well cared for, several cups and bottles were sitting on the railing outside the rooms in various places and not picked up for the entire 4 days we stayed there. Our bathroom had hair on the floor when we arrived and no shampoo or conditioner. No one was at the front desk when we arrived during the night and we had to hunt someone down at the hotel nearby to come and check us in. And one day I went to use the lobby restroom and there was no toilet paper in all 4 stalls. But despite all that, we still had fun on our trip.
Nice
The accommodations were far below expectations—dirty rooms, uncomfortable beds, and broken amenities. The staff was rude and unhelpful, making even simple requests feel like a burden. The service was slow, and housekeeping seemed nonexistent.
Overall, a terrible experience that I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
Can’t say enough bad things about this place. Filthy, loud, gross.
The property needs a lot of work. The elevator is dirty and stinks. My room was very rundown, there was trash and crumbs under the bed. The pillows were low quality. The lighting in the lobby very poor.
I asked employees various questions, the gal who works the front desk, very helpful. One of the guys seemed like he could care less and his response to several of my questions was "I don't know." I am sure they are paid low wage so you can't blame them.
I also asked twice to have the gym unlocked one day, never unlocked and seemed like they didn't have heat on, it was as cold inside as it was outside.
I was there to ski, and I can say the location is great!
