I liked that the condos were big

Cons:

I didn’t like the bugs, wasp nest right outside the front door, roaches, I get the wilderness is right behind but these could’ve been handled

Everything else staff was really rude. The room was dirty. Found blood on the sheets. Shower head fell off on my side when you tried to use it. That was no water pressure. There was no hot water. The hot tub was dirty and did not Work good. Beds were very uncomfortable. Mine looked like a 600 lb whale sleeping in mine before. There's a big indention

No where near as good as previous stays
Pros:

Location, very comfortable beds

Cons:

This is our 3rd time staying here. We had constant problems with the spa, which despite reporting to reception was never resolved (intermittent heat and the jets wouldn’t come on). This time we had a 4 be townhouse as we were a larger group previously we’ve had a 2 bed house and 3 bed house. It makes no sense whatsoever to have a spa for 4 people in a 10 person villa. When the previous 2 and 3 beds had spas for 6. Also the outside space was tiny (2 chairs). Again previously had table and chairs for 6 and sun beds. The outside bar was rarely open and the inside bar/restaurant closed very early.

Nice townhome, but don’t come in the late evening hours, as there may not be anyone to receive you
Pros:

The property itself was great. It was well laid out and easy to find granted the house numbers were all the same and the only thing different was the street that they were located on. The townhome itself was very clean and big and open which we did like given, we are a family of four and need our space.

Cons:

The staff left early the first morning that we arrived and weren’t there until 3 AM like it says on their website, so we were turned away the first night and had to find our own accommodations.

Then the last night our keys to our room stopped working so we had to go back-and-forth between our townhome and the main office to get new keys and then get another time to get maintenance over to our townhome to fix the lock.

Pros:

El lugar de estadía era amplio, tenía buena ubicación y el jacuzzi era privado.

Cons:

Aparecieron cucarachas en los días que estuvimos alojados en la habitación. Decía que tenía staff de entretenimiento pero nunca lo vimos. Las piletas son lindas pero por lo que costó hay alojamientos mejores en Orlando.

Reasonable location close to parks, could work on cleanliness and ensuring no bugs in the rooms.

Cons:

We were not aware one room would have twin beds and one would have queen, we were expecting two queens. Should be better advertised. There were bugs all over the primary bedroom which recurred several times throughout stay despite ensuring all doors and windows were closed. Bathroom felt dirty.

Staff sucks, house dirty. Way too much for this place

It’s was beautiful

Cons:

The staff and how there is no rides to get you to where you are going. The staff acted like we should have known we would need a car. Normal resorts will take you to your place if you don’t have a car. They acted like we were stupid. Restaurant wasn’t open at all. Staff put me on hold twice and never answered back. They gave every single Lyft or uber driver trouble when they came for me. Very rude. Place was disgusting. Will never go back. The money you pay here should have gave you more than what they gave.
