Pros:

There was not WiFi in the room and the cable TV box wasn’t functioning when I arrived. It doesn’t have a 24-hr reception which is inconvenient. The property is on a hillside and the roads to the rooms are extremely narrow and steep with almost impossible turns for even the smallest Indian cars. The roads are in a state of disrepair and driving inside the premises can be tricky.
On the other hand, the staff is friendly and helpful.

Pros:

No WIFI in the room, no minimum transport for guests to and fro of airport, no own vehicle for emergencies, not many types of food in restaurant, swimming pool is full
of algae and not at all in used condition, highly disappointed. Staff are looking cooperative and helpful but that is not at all sufficient to stay there, they have to improve a lot lot.

it was good overall. located on NH 66. Closest to bus stand also. Closest to Colava and Benaulim beaches. Closest to Margao. Connectivity to Vasco, Airport & Panjim: good.

Peaceful place to stay.
Pros:

It's good to stay in this resort. Food quality is good. Very nice stay. Peaceful place. Best thing it is between north and south Goa so it is easy to travel from both location. Overall nice resort.

Nice hotel away from beach
Pros:

Good comfortable stay. Hotel Management needs to improve room & airconditioner maintenance. Bathroom ceiling gets wet due to overhead leakage possibly. White ant attack on bathroom door wooden framework. Airconditioner control panel not working so had to run at full blast only, temperature could not be controlled. A/c mainswitch was unaccessible as it was behind the cupboard.... Door latch broken but was attended to when told.

Fantastic hospitality. The staff is great!
Pros:

It was an overwhelming experience to stay at this resort. I had booked this hotel for a stay for 3 nights followed by a hotel in Calangute, although the experience in Calangute was so bad; I eventually moved again to Indismart for another 4 nights stay. Merely 6-7 kms far from Colva beach and Margaon city. This is a fantastic place to stay. Mainly the staff in great at what they do to keep the guests happy.

Great place for a short holiday
Pros:

Indismart is a nice property built on a hillside overlooking a vast swathe of greenery on all sides. If it was a choice between staying in a hotel in the city or Indismart, the latter would win hands down!

Unfortunately, the property is in need of major maintenance. While our accommodation itself was clean and comfortable, the fittings were worn and dated.

Because of its location you will also need your own transport.

Overall a very nice experience. The staff was very friendly and cooperative. We also enjoyed the food in the restaurant. Would certainly like to visit this place again - but next time we would confirm, whether the pool is in good condition. This time it was under maintainance - The managerMr. Das personally tried to get it into order. Apart from that our stay here was really very enjoyable. Thanks!

Hotel far from beaches
Pros:

Too far from the better known beaches. Water in the pool was also unkempt. Situated on a hill and void of any activities. Nearest beach is at least 5 kms away.

Excellent stay with good memory.
Pros:

Good facilities, courteous staff, memorable experience. Attached restaurant is awesome with nominal charges. Only problem is location. Little far from the beaches.

Fantastic hotel

I am glad I chose this hotel to spend my vacation in Goa with my family. The location (hill-top) is beautiful and so are the rooms. All the hotel staff that I encountered were highly courteous, helpful and cooperative. We felt weclomed at this hotel. The food at the restaurant as well as the breakfast is fantastic. I would rate the food at 10. I would like to specially mention and thank Mr. Joy, Mr. Amrit and Mr. Jocelyn whom I interacted the most. They made certain that all our needs are taken care regarding our sight-seeing in Goa and overall comfort during our stay. I will strongly recommend this hotel. You wil not be disaapointed.
