L emplacement le personnel de la brasserie de l'hôtel

Presque tout les prestations de cet hôtel ne valent pas 4 étoiles , chambre petite, pas de mini bar, salle de bain rikiki, les serviettes de bain une fois pendues touchent la cuvette des toilettes...et le summum la climatisation et l aération étaient en panne Nous le signalons à la réception à 17h qui vérifie et acquiesce, nous dit qu un employé de la maintenance allé passer
Nous revenons à 20h3 aucun message aucune solution le problème perdure en pleine canicule 40 degrés minimum. Mon mari descend à nouveau à la réception seule proposition nous changer d hôtel à plus de 21h30. Mon mari demande à avoir la direction pas question à cette heure ci. Puis appel du responsable de la réception moyennement aimable je demande alors un ventilateur. Nous sommes restés 2 jours sans aération ni climatisation et au moment de payer le solde aucun dédommagement de proposé. Nous ferons un recommandé à notre retour à la direction et au groupe Accor. Nous nouis sommes aperçus que nous n étions pas les seuls clients dans ce cas.

Bel établissement, de qualité, emplacement parfait pour visiter la vielle ville !
Pros:

Bel établissement très proche du centre ancien, à pieds... Construction récente, belle chambre, parking sur place.
Petit déj parfait. Climatisation, TB literie. Piscine agréable !

Pros:

Bon emplacement proche du centre ville à pieds.

Cons:

Déçu par rapport aux photos. Hôtel sans caractère. Le personnel assez distant . A l'entrée une fontaine à eau fraîche avec des verres utilisés qui ne sont pas débarrassés.
Piscine très petite avec peu de sièges pour se reposer.Parking payant et prix du petit déjeuner execif!
Bref nous ne reviendrons pas dans ce genre de chaînes hôtelières ...!

Chambre propre et confortable , hôtel proche autoroute
Pros:

La chambre très grande et confortable (nous avons pris la chambre pour 3 personnes et le canapé lit était très confortable)
L’équipement était complet (café, bouteille d’eau ..)
Chambre insonorisée et parking à l’extérieur mais sécuriré par un portail à code.

Très bien mais...
Pros:

Nous avons aimé la modernité de l'établissement, sa propreté et la qualité des services proposés. l'emplacement proche du centre-ville.

Cons:

Nous avons regretté la taille du lit 140, même dans un format économique 160 aurait été préférable.
Faire payer une nuit de parking 10 € alors que ça aurait pu être un service rendu à sa clientèle.
17 € pour un petit déjeuner certes de qualité est un peu excessif.
l'insonorisation aurait pu être un peu plus poussée côté extérieur, les allers-retours des hélicoptères étaient audible dans la chambre.
