Todo genial, excepto la limpieza
Pros:

La ubicación genial (andando 10 mins), el hotel super grande, parking que está genial si vienes en coche. El personal super bien. Cogí la habitación básica y es bastante grande.

Cons:

La limpieza de la habitación, el día que entramos los vasos que nos dejaron estaban sucios (pero de no limpiarlos), la pared del baño cerca del inodoro tenían manchas… Las toallas que nos dejaron no eran las típicas blancas bien limpias, se notaban muy usadas. Luego dijimos que no nos hicieran la habitación a la chica de la limpieza y no sé si por el idioma o no (le pregunté varias veces en francés - lo poco que sé) que no quería que nos hiciera la habitación, pero que toallas por favor me diera y me dijo que para eso debía poner la tarjeta que indica “limpieza de habitación”. Le recalqué que solo toallas y no limpieza; y me dijo que debía poner la limpieza, así que decidí a la noche cuando llegamos solicitar en recepción y nos dieron sin pegas. O sea solo podría poner como pega lo que viene siendo la limpieza de la habitación.

Aantrekkelijk hotel, op doorreis én voor een wat langer verblijf
Pros:

Het hotel ligt net buiten het centrum, dat binnen enkele minuten te voet bereikbaar is. De afgesloten parkeerplaats voor de auto (tegen betaling) was welkom. Kamer en badkamer waren schoon en ook verder prima in orde. Met kluisje en koffiezetapparaat redelijk compleet. Vriendelijke ontvangst, met goede tips voor restaurants op loopafstand (in het weekend is, ook hier, het restaurant bij het hotel dicht!). Hond kostte eur 15, maar daar stonden mand, drinkbak en speeltje tegenover.

Cons:

De kamer was wat klein, zo ook de badkamer. Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd, maar had voor 17 eur pp nog wel iets gevarieerder mogen zijn (en het roerei zag er écht niet aantrekkelijk uit).

Great staff, great location and clean room (and dog-friendly!)
Pros:

The location of this hotel was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a private parking area, and they were pet friendly. We had a really comfortable stay. Thank you! Would recommend!

Bayonne una piacevole scoperta 
Pros:

Arredamento moderno e piacevole, posizione vicino al centro storico di Bayonne

Cons:

Dimensione della camera, troppo piccola anche il bagno è minuto, non ci sono appendiabiti sufficienti, intendo ganci nella camera dove uno può mettere la giacca al posto che posizionarla nelle grucce dove magari ci sono camicie o altro.

Pros:

La habitacion al ser familiar era grande. Las camas eran cómodas y el baño estaba completo con plato de ducha,tenia todo lo que tenia que tener. La habitación estaba muy limpia.
Tuvimos un pequeño problema,bajé a Recepcion y la recepcionista joven muy amable, junto con otra compañera solucionó el problema con rapidez.
Muchas gracias.
Respecto al coche por 10€ lo puedes dejar en el parking del Hotel

Que la luz de la entrada a la habitación-salón no fuese independiente del resto de la estancia.
