Avoid - structurally & electrically unsound. Emergency contact was ignored from 2am -8am. Guests locked in and left
Pros:

Avoid, especially with children. Hotel room flooded overnight due to blocked gutters.
Rain poured onto the children's beds from 3 locations including and through air conditioning units. Emergency help number was ignored by the owner from 2am - 8am leaving us trapped, alone and dealing with a full flood that we had to use all the bedding and towels to try to stop.

Cons:

Owner admitted that blocked drains caused the flooding from heavy rain, the rain was predicted yet the emergency contact number that guests are expected to use once all staff have left and guests are locked in was ignored. Owner also took our videos for her insurance claim but refuses to respond to us. Be interesting to see if she adds one of her denials on here. Genuinely avoid!

Hotel piccolino, vicinissimo al lungomare, camera di piccole dimensioni ma dotata di tutto, silenziosa, colazione solo dolce, buona.

Cons:

Purtroppo abbiamo avuto un problema al condizionatore della stanza, ma la proprietaria ha fatto di tutto per risolvere il problema, preoccupandosi per noi e per il benessere della famiglia, per questo siamo rimasti colpiti in modo molto positivo, nonostante l'inconveniente, grazie!! !

Empfehlenswertes Stadthotel mit Wohlfühlfaktor und kleiner Garten Oase.
Pros:

Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich,
die Dame beim Check in sowie die Dame beim Frühstück supernett und hilfreich bei Fragen.
Preis/Leistung perfekt .Zimmer mit Gartenblick
etwas kleiner, dafür sehr ruhig.
Alles sauber und gepflegt.
Zimmer hatte Klimaanlage, grosse Dusche ,Fön ,Safe, Fernseher.
Frühstück für 8 Euro ausreichend (nur süss, keine Wurst/Käse), leckeres Croissant und Baguette, Marmelade , Saft,Joghurt, kleine Kuchen, Cornflakes.
Schön ist der kleine Garten, indem man auch Frühstücken kann, mit Palmen und viel Grün
indem man entspannen kann, es gibt Tische, Stühle
Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme.
Kleiner Wäscheständer vor jedem Zimmer.
Zum Strand sind es ein paar Minuten und ca.25 Minuten zur Altstadt von Menton zu Fuß, Bars /Restaurants am Meer 10 Min.fussläufig.
14 Euro pro Nacht für den Parkplatz sind völlig angemessen, dafür hat man einen sicheren Parkplatz im Innenhof vom Hotel.
Alles in allem ein nettes Stadthotel, das wir weiterempfehlen können.

Nice little hotell. We had a little garden outside our door. Great location with several beaches close by.

It is close to a big road, so if you need totally quiet this needs to be considered.

Pros:

Abbiamo scelto la struttura come punto di riferimento per poi spostarci su Montecarlo. Tutto come indicato nella descrizione. La spiaggia si raggiunge facilmente a piedi. Così come l'area del Casinò e del centro pieno di locali e negozietti. Ho utilizzato il parcheggio a pagamento, prediligendo il servizio bus per gli spostamenti. Comodo il 600 con la fermata vicinissima e che con circa 2 euro ti porta fino a Nizza.

Cons:

Non era previsto, ma un piccolo frigo in camera non sarebbe stato male.
