Un petit hôtel chaleureux
Pros:

Accueil très bien, propreté impeccable, décoration chambre et parties communes très jolies et chaleureuses. Petit déjeuner très bon. Parking de l'hôtel ( payant) pratique. Possibilité de se garer sur un parking public devant l'hôtel ( payant aussi). Conseils pour les restaurants et les environs très appréciables. Un vrai accueil humain, ça devient assez rare

Cons:

Un petit réfrigérateur dans la chambre serait un plus. Les chambres vue mer donnent sur une rue très passante ( si vous êtes sensible au bruit de circulation)

Pros:

Although not directly on the waterfront, the location was very good, as it was possible to look out to sea. The centre of Menton lay only about ten minutes away by foot, if that. Even closer were two exceptional Italian restaurants, and a choise of other good places to eat.

Cons:

Breakfast was quite acceptable, although the coffee was not of the best, and it was a pity that croissants were counted - one per person!.

Pros:

2eme passage dans cet établissement où tout est agréable. Les chambres sont coquettes, bien chauffées les salles de bain spacieuses ; Les dames de l’accueil et du service petit-dej sont vraiment charmantes et le ti dej est copieux et délicieux.
Le Stationnement est aisé avec le parking de la Place d’Armes en face.

I felt like I got a home, away. I am really pleased.
