Pros:

Personnel sympathique, hôtel calme et très bien situé (centre-ville, gare). Excellent petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Flot, klassisk hoteldesign - rustikt/gammeldags/hyggeligt interiør. Venligt personale - superfint. God, gedigen morgenmad. Labyrintgange at finde rundt i, men bare en mindre udfordring. ;o)

Cons:

Den dårlige karakter mht. beliggenhed skal ses i det lys, at der var MEGET støj/larm fra havnehovedgaden lige op og ned af hotellet, som ellers ligger meget centralt ifht. Helsingborg Havn. Så central beliggenhed - ja - men desværre meget trafiklarm!

Noget HELT andet: PAS ENDELIG GODT PÅ hotellets keycards (nøglekort), for hotellet kræver hele 900 (!!!) kr. (svenske kroner) i gebyr, hvis kortet mistes. En alt for ublu strafpris til kunden, synes vi! Uheld KAN jo ske ...

Rummet ”spretigt” möblerat med olika möbler och material. Insyn från fastighet mitt emot kan motverkas med extra skira gardiner.

Pros:

受付、朝食準備のスタッフの対応が大変良かった。
特に、出発の時間の関係で早朝にチェックアウトしなければいけないスケジュールだったのですが、スタッフがそれに合わせて非常に嬉しい対応をしてくださり、感激しました。
日本からの旅行でしたが、スウェーデン人は心優しい人が多いんだなという印象を持って帰国しました。
本当にありがとうございました。
