Hade vi kunnat sova hade det varit ett mysigt hotell.
Pros:

Hotellet låg bra till. De allmänna ytorna var trevliga och vi uppskattade balkongen på rummet.

Cons:

Vi bokade två rum. Det ena rummet var renoverat, det andra inte. Det renoverade rummet 440 var fint.

Problemet var att hela natten lät det mycket högt från rören i övriga hotellet i rum 440. Det pågick flera minuter åt gången och flera gånger i timmen. Det gjorde det helt omöjligt att sova. Jag spelade in ljudet och receptionen konstaterade att det inte var okej, men nytt för dem. Jag ombads att fylla i mina kontaktuppgifter för kompensation. Kompensationen var 15% rabatt på nästa bokning. Jag fick senare förklaringen att hotellet är gammalt och de kan inte styra över vad grannarna gör med sina rör. Grannarna är troligtvis andra hotellgäster. En dålig ursäkt och en dålig kompensation för att inte ha kunnat sova.

Ett tips till hotellet är även att se över gardinerna så att rummet går att mörklägga.

Pros:

Bra läge vid tåg- buss- och färjeterminal. Trevlig, personlig inredning. Gott bemötande. Bra frukost. Tillgång till kaffe med tilltugg hela tiden. Även vattenkokare på rummet. Mysig innergård.

Cons:

Mindre bra för rörelsehindrade - gott om trappor och nivåskillnader. (Funkade bra för mig.)

Otel şehir merkezinde, tren metro istayonuna çok yakın, hergün temizleniyr olması , çalışanlarının yardımsever ve güleryüzlü olması çok iyiydi.

Cons:

Kahvaltısı güzeldi, ama helal hassasiyeti olan konuklar için çeşitlendirilebilirdi ve yemeklere bu detay eklenebilirdi.
