Pros:

受付、朝食準備のスタッフの対応が大変良かった。
特に、出発の時間の関係で早朝にチェックアウトしなければいけないスケジュールだったのですが、スタッフがそれに合わせて非常に嬉しい対応をしてくださり、感激しました。
日本からの旅行でしたが、スウェーデン人は心優しい人が多いんだなという印象を持って帰国しました。
本当にありがとうございました。

Väldigt lokalt och när till allt. grymt bra p-garage. Mycket trevlig personal.

Cons:

Vi hade rum med balkong som låg mot bussterminalen. Mycket trafik och dåligt ljudisoleradefönster. Gjorde inte saken bättre att de började ploga gatan två på natten.
