The hotel is badly let down by the staff. Too many of the staff have no interest in looking after their guests properly. Would not recommend this hotel, and will be posting reviews reflecting this opinion on major travel websites.

Un lieu atypique et qualitatif
Pros:

Nous avons pu profiter de l'ensemble des installations et sincèrement , tout était parfait :
1/ le spa est très cosy, et nous avons eu la chance de nous y trouver seuls
2/ la chambre est spacieuse et vraiment confortable
3/ le bar est incroyable : c’est une très belle équipe de mixologue a mis sont attention dans une carte de cocktails soignés et savoureux, ce qui est vraiment rare dans un bar d'hôtel.
4/ le restaurant était parfait : nous avons pris une fondue de fromage avec éclats de morille et génépi, et la recette était vraiment top, en plus d'avoir un plat copieux pour 2 bon mangeurs. Les vins au verres proposés sont eux aussi de très bonne qualité, et le menu semblait vraiment bien travaillé.
On a sincèrement été surpris par la qualité du lieu, et nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner.

Very good stay, the extent of the skiing is superb & especially suitable for beginners.
Pros:

Location was superb for the skiing, a 15 min walk to the centre.
Only had one main meal & it was superb.

Cons:

Breakfast was not good value & car parking was not cheap.
General lighting was poor in the rooms.

hotel restaurant billed for items i did not order in final bill. I had to check out from hotel before there was a reception service in the morning, so final bill was sent to me in email, and when asked for clarification of the unauthorized items on my bill they repeatedly lied that the hotel manager was going to call me back which never happened. very disappointing.
Spa area definitely does not worth 20 euros to go in for 2 hours

I wouldn't stay here again. Would be better off in an air bnb.
Pros:

Most of the staff were pleasant and helpful although appeared overworked and trying to do multiple jobs. the spa area is pleasant.

Cons:

They could have provided basics in the room such as daily water and have shower and bath gel instead of tiny bits of soap. There wasn't even shampoo or conditioner supplied. The rooms are very dark. Servicing of the rooms was quite poor and they didn't even restock the tea or coffee (stayed 6 nights) It would have been nice if there was a bar menu so you could get something to eat as the restaurant appears to be always fully booked from people outside hotel ( although we were there at a busy time) but at least some tables should be held for hotel guests.

La Spa è piccolina ma bene organizzata e pulita, amolierei l’area relax con maggiori sedute per chi vuole rilassarsi
