Incrivel !! Da atencao na chegada , passando pelo restaurante ( Lucas nos atendeu , maravilhoso ) , ate o checkout ( saimos antes do horário do cafe da manhã e la estava nosso cafe embalado para levarmos .
O silencio no pátio interno, so com o barulho do rio correndo timido levarei sempre na memória .

Overall nice stay, however very overpriced for the experience. Restaurant staff is very inexperienced and English is difficult for most to understand for correct meal orders. If you’re there for the “bar-b-que” night, be warned it’s somewhat chaos and orders may not come out correct or at all. Never received my dinner order and had to walk up to the grill chef to wait for it. They’re simply overwhelmed.

The toilets are not accepting toilet paper. Yes, you heard me right they ask you not to flush any toilet paper down the toilet. They ask you to “wipe” and throw the feces covered paper in the trash can. Very odd and uncomfortable and you need to know this before staying here… imagine what the bathroom smells like with feces covered toilet paper sitting in the trash can all day?

Overall a great region to visit, but very overpriced for what you get here. Be warned.

Estivemos por 10 dias neste maravilhoso hotel e confesso que gostariamos de ter ficado mais tempo. Sua localização diferenciada, o conforto de suas suites, a qualidade das refeições e o preparo e profissionalismo da sua equipe, nos fizeram sentir em casa desde o primeiro momento. O conjunto de passeios oferecidos é fantástico, com uma equipe muito atenciosa. Vale muito a pena!

It was beyond expected. We cannot stop talking about how well treated we felt. Everything from the gorgeous surroundings to the excursions was just wonderful.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit herausragendem Service. Wir waren leider nur 2 Nächte dort und wären gerne länger geblieben. Auf unserer 4-wöchigen Chile-Reise war dies die beste Unterkunft. Sehr besonders, der Ort hat eine einzigartige Energie. Tolles Essen und ein Frühstück, dass keine Wünsche offen lässt. 6 (!) tolle Pools, die sehr viel Privatsphäre bieten. Bequeme Betten und schöne Badezimmer. Perfekte Sauberkeit. Nur einen Katzensprung von San Pedro entfernt. Absoulte Empfehlung!!!

Very personalised service and massive amount of tour options

Older property with cheap finishes and absolutely no recent updates. Lack of investment is glaringly obvious in details - for example, seat cushions on metal chairs in the main dining room (unusable without cushions due to narrow slats) are so lumpy that dinnertime becomes just plain uncomfortable.
Shower pressure is so poor that it takes forever just to wash off shampoo.
Staff is friendly but poorly trained.
Breakfast buffet does not seem to be refilled at all.
Evening dining and surrounding nature are definite highlights that help you put up with the rest.
Overall we would definitely stay elsewhere if back in the area.

There might be several options for accommodation in San Pedro de Atacama and glad we found this choice.
Clean rooms, nice breakfast service, lunch and dinner service you can enjoy at the dining room or at bar.

The hotel has a very good structure, but its greatest quality lies in the service, attention, and friendliness of all staff in every aspect of the hotel. The restaurant service is excellent for all meals. A very special compliment to the kindness and service excellence of waiter SAN PEDRO, who turns meal experiences into truly special moments.

Todo muy bien, desde la recepción hasta la salida. Hospitalidad, infraestructura, piscinas, sauna, jacuzzi, excursion. Un agrado todo.

O hotel é bonito, quartos são bons e a distancia para o centro é ótima.

Esse hotel poderia ser incrível, mas o serviço é pessimo em todos os níveis.

Garçons pessimamente treinados, de cara amarrada, ma vontade em todos os espaços. Desde o cafe da manha, almoços, bares, piscina. Tudo. Serviço pessimo.

Infelizmente num lugar como esse, onde o hotel importa mto, o fato do serviço ser tao fraco, realmente prejudica muito a experiencia. Não voltaria por esse motivo.

Muy grata estadía, limpieza muy buena y retomando ritmo post pandemia por lo que algunos servicios algo lentos, pero se ve esfuerzo en ir mejorando.

El hotel se encuentra en una ubicación privilegiada, muy agradable y en excelente condición, sin embargo lo que ofrece en realidad no es lo que publica, por ejemplo, es cierto que tiene muchísimas piscinas, sin embargo tiene habilitada solo 1 temperada (da lo mismo la justificación para ello, deberían indicarlo antes de hacer la reserva). Respecto de las comidas, buen sabor pero nada sorprende, por lo que se hace extraordinariamente caro comer por preparaciones simples y con ingredientes baratos. En el pueblo consigue platos muchísimo mas sofisticados y exóticos por la mitad del valor. En las habitaciones ofrecen algunas bebidas calientes pero si las usa, no las reponen y, por cierto, el café disponible en la habitación es café instantáneo (2 sachets). Les recomendaría mejorar la cocktelería pues es prácticamente ausente. La carta es muy mejorable. En resumen, el lugar es bellísimo, bien mantenido, el personal es amable sin embargo resulta un poco pretencioso. Si lo recomiendo, pero si tiene experiencia con otros hoteles 5 estrellas, usted sacará sus propias conclusiones.

O hotel é incrível, atendimento impecável, foi apenas uma noite, mas realmente vale a pena. É como você estar realmente no deserto. Rosário foi fantástica. Só agradecer e indicar esse hotel. Maravilhoso. Café da manhã e refeições muito boas também.

Ótimo hotel ! Quartos novos e confortáveis. Staff super atencioso, e os guias dos passeios são excepcionais. Precisam melhorar no A&B, restaurante com poucas opções.
