Overall pleased with our stay, staff is very polite and hospitable.
Pros:

Ideally located for a nice little vacation on the iconic Deribas St. with close proximity (7min walk) to the magnificent Opera House and acceptable walking distance (~40min) to Shevchenko park leading strait to the vibrant Lanzheron beach alongside Port of Odesa. This cozy family hotel is a perfect choice for a 5-night stay for 2 adults at a reasonable cost including breakfast catering (optional), parking is also available nearby (separate entity).

Cons:

No fridge in the room, just a cooling cabinet operating only with residents (card key) in - max holds 10C/50F

Cons:

Персонал не надав жодних пояснень щодо номера під час заселення. Холодильник не працював і зовсім не охолоджував. Також у туалеті відсутня витяжка, що створює значні незручності.

Pros:

Мне очень нравится это место, я здесь постоянно останавливаюсь когда с Европы доезжаю до Одессы.
Чисто и тихо всегда. Будто кроме меня людей в гостинице це нет. Рядом тоже гостиница а этом здании, но там на порядок хуже.
