The staff were very friendly and the room was excellent however there are no facilities.
Pros:

The room was enormous, plenty of storage space, dining table and chairs. The bathroom was also spacious with a shower and a bath. Plenty of hot water. The accommodation was spotless. The staff were very friendly and happy to help.

Cons:

The hotel is on the third floor and you have to walk up 42 steps, there is no lift. I imagine this would be a problem for the elderly and anyone with a disability or wheelchair. On the internet they offer breakfast, this is not true. There is a very nice coffee shop next to the hotel, but this is a separate business. They also state that they have a bar serving drinks and snacks in the evening. I spoke to the receptionist and he advised me that the bar was closed last year due to lack of business. On the internet they stated that the hotel has dedicated parking spaces, this is also incorrect.

Spacious rooms with twin option
Pros:

For Chisinau the rooms were large, and came with twin beds as an option. We extended and the management gave us a good price despite high demand in this temporary time of the Orcs. Good area for walking and plenty of shops and restaurants.

дівчинка на рецепшині скзала,що сніданок недоступний

Cons:

Жахливий готель за такі гроші. Починаючи з персоналу, який грубіянить і абсолютно нічим не допомагає, і закінчуючи станом номерів та ремонтом - точніше, його повною відсутністю. Загалом,жахливе враження. Не рекомендую.
