The restaurant wasn't open during our stay. Staff was friendly. Our appliances didn't work in the room.

Una de las dos tv no funcionaba y solo tenía un mando de distancia. Recomendable 100/100

Agradable. Es para estar mas dias y poder disfrutar de todas las instalaciones que tiene. Las habitaciones son muy grandes, comodas y completas. Parecen pisos!

The description was not what I received and the availability of public transport was horrible.

Although we enjoyed the hotel,we were advised by text three days before that both pools were closed for maintenance,we were told we could change booking but it was too late as we had friends close by.The hotel was very badly sign posted from the main road also it would not let us put the address in our sat nav.It is advertised as a four star but we feel hotel is very tired looking & in need of money spent on it,really it should be a three star.Staff we very friendly & helpful breakfast was just okay

Falta de animación para niños demasiado tranquilo. Y falta de funcionamiento del spa. Ni saunas ni yacuzzi funcionaban.

The hotel used to be a great place, but needs maintenance and attendance from the owners.
There are absolutely no people at the hotel or in the area. It seems forgotten by all.
No restaurants or town in the area. Even the beach you have to walk two km to reach through sand. It was surposed to be a luxury ressort, but with no people, no income, no maintance, no positive feedback and no new guests. Fix the place and install proper Wifi.

the room size was the only ok thing in all of this, if you don't consider the fact it was placed on the first floor exactly on top of a low quality performing artist that played till midnight, while I had a 2 year old trying to sleep. And the kitchen didn't had a microwave that I think it's somewhat a fault nowadays. also the windows didn't had the possibility to completely block outside light. And from here it's all downhill....
They say they have free wifi in public places but never found it.
they have 2 pools outside that were dirty (probably waiting for summer to clean them) and one inside pool that is okay but the room to exchange clothes for the pool has no light.

This hotel is quite something! The staff were incredibly nice and treated us like we were the only guests in the entire hotel. Breakfast was plentiful with more than enough food for all the guests. Sports facilities were available and the tennis courts didn't have much competition for booking. I can only assume the rooms were very well sound-proofed as we didn't hear any other guests for our entire stay.

As we were the only guests in the entire hotel the staff let us check out 3 hours later than the specified time. If, like us, you are looking for a holiday in complete isolation with access to average quality tennis courts and a long drive to the beach - then this is the hotel for you.

4* out of 20 seems about fair. The staff were great, the hotel itself is a dilapidated mess and the owners should be ashamed.

Hôtel et chambre spectaculaires, accueil spectaculaire, service ultra spectaculaire, abords spectaculaires !!!!!!

(un tout petit bémol pour le wifi uniquement accessible dans le hall)

Una gran hotel si eres amante de los deportes en una zona quizá demasiado tranquila.

A experiência foi negativa, desde a falta de limpeza, escassez de serviços disponíveis, o pequeno almoço vou mencioná-lo como razoável, mas só para ser simpático e não atribuir uma nota menos agradável.

de jaccuzi ou sauna fermés
Chambre ok mais pas 4 étoiles , tout est vétuste

El hotel esta lejos de todo, no hay nada cerca hay que coger coche para todo, ha conocido tiempos mejores muy dejadas las zonas comunes, el personal amable pero la información de entrada esta mal, aveiro queda a mas de 40 kilometros. No volvería al hotel que ademas tiene horario de cierre de la puerta. Inaudito
