Pros:

Struttura molto comoda, situata nel pieno centro di Manhattan, a pochi passi dalla 5th Avenue e Time Square. Camera spaziosa e pulita con tutto il necessario.
Colazione molto buona con piatti tipici a rotazione come French tost, waffle e pancakes.
Il personale è sempre stato gentile.

Cons:

Camera un po’ rumorosa ma apprezzato il fatto dei tappi per orecchie in dotazione gratuita

Perfect stay
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay and were extremely happy with everything! The whole staff were wonderful, the breakfast was excellent, and the facilities were great. We were also given a room upgrade with beautiful views, which was a lovely surprise. The location is perfect for exploring New York, and we really appreciated that they stored our luggage for us during the day. We will definitely come back :)

Pros:

Excellent localization

Cons:

Employees at breakfast kept talking each other and left tables dirty. I know that hosts should keep the tables clean after leaving but of course not all of them do that. And then other hosts had to clean the tables. Very sad to see a hotel like Hyatt with that type of service. Reception guys were extremely polite and helpful. Also rooms were kept always clean.

Hotel ben curato, pulito, camera bella con vista sui grattacieli, posizione centralissima. Colazione non troppo varia ma buona e sufficiente per affrontare le lunghe camminate, dispencer di acqua fresca a disposizione per riempire la propria bottiglia in qualsiasi momento, molto utile.

Cons:

Solo un piccolo disguido con la reception in un giorno in cui non ha funzionato Internet: dopo aver comunicato il problema mi hanno fornito un numero di telefono e mi hanno detto che avrei dovuto chiamare io per risolvere la cosa… è l’unico motivo per cui non do il massimo punteggio. Se viene riscontrato un problema su un servizio dell’hotel non dovrebbe di certo essere il cliente a chiamare per risolverlo, tra l’altro per comunicare in una lingua straniera… e se non io non avessi saputo parlare fluentemente l’inglese..?
