Perfect location to visit Manhattan, friendly staff.
Pros:

Amazing location, we had a crazy view on the Empire State Building from our room on the 18th floor. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast.

Cons:

Only one elevator was working. Moving in and out of the hotel took up to 25 minutes!!!!

Near to everything but inconfortable.

Not good. Would not recommend. Terribly overpriced.

la ubicación era muy buena.

Cons:

El precio no compensa la habitación, el baño ni la comida. Cuando limpiaron no sacaron la basura, no tendieron bien la cama y estabamos con silla de ruedas que era imposible abrir la puerta y entrar cómodamente. El personal me pareció un poco rudo sobre todo una señorita de front desk que pedimos ayuda para bajar y no nos quiso ayudar, estoy embarazada y en silla de ruedas, fue imposible con 1 solo ascensor. La comida del desayuno es asquerosa, jamás volvería.
