Overall, my stay was excellent. The bed is very comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, and I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touch of offering tea, water, and apples to guests upon arrival — a small but memorable gesture.

Cons:

The breakfast, however, was average compared to other Hyatt properties I have stayed at. The hot food selection could be improved, and the layout of the breakfast area could benefit from some reorganization. The current setup tends to create long queues, which disrupts the dining experience. A simple rearrangement of the food stations would likely resolve this issue entirely and make for a much smoother and more enjoyable breakfast experience overall.

Un hôtel propre, très bien situé

Le personnel de ménage fait un très bon travail, tout est propre. Le personnel de la cuisine est très serviable. L'emplacement est top, très, très bien situé, dans un endroit vivant, avec énormément de restaurants autour, le métro est à 3 min à pied et bien desservi.

Cons:

J'avais besoin d'une bouilloire pour chauffer le biberon de mon bébé, y en avait pas et la dame de l'accueil n'a pas trouvé une alternative pour mon problème, elle s'en foutait de mon problème. J'avais demandé par message,un lit bébé, je n'ai rien reçu dans la chambre. Les housses de couette et certains draps et serviettes ont des taches, il faudrait les changer! Le petit déjeuner n'est pas très varié même si le personnel de cuisine est top.
