Individuelle Unterkunft ausserhalb von St Jean de Luz für ein oder mehr Tage
Pros:

Die Anlage, gelegen in einem Vorort von St Jean de Luz, besteht aus mehreren Villen mit jeweils eigenen Pools und Aussenbereichen, die wohl gesamt, teils aber in Zimmerbelegung vermietet werden. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, die Häuser und Zimmer modern und hochwertig ausgestattet. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, das Frühstücksbuffet top. Hunde sind erlaubt, mehrere Strände in fussläufiger Nähe. Ebenso ein Top-Fischrestaurant ("Ostalamer")

Cons:

Die Navigation per GPS ist schwierig, da das Laftenia Gelände weitläufig ist und mehrere Zufahren hat. Besser man gibt das Restaurant "Ostalamer" ein. Direkt daneben ist eine ausgeschilderte Einfahrt, den Weg durchfahren bis nach einigen Ecken das Schild Rezeption auftaucht.
Wir waren im März ausserhalb der Saison da. Strand, Campingplatz, Strandbars und ein Jugendzentrum sind nicht weit. In der Saison dürfte man das zumindest entfernt hören.

No es un hotel.
Pros:

La cama y la limpieza son impecables. la amabilidad del dueño también merece destacarse.
San Jean de Lux es un pueblo muy lindo. vale la pena caminar por sus calles y visitar sus restaurantes (recomiendo la Peita como bueno y barato) pero este lugar no está cerca del pueblo.

Cons:

No es un hotel. Es una casa donde se alquila una habitación. No tiene un conserje de recepción (hay que llamar para que venga el dueño) y la casa queda para los huéspedes del "hotel" que quedan solos.
1. La ubicación: esta muy alejado de cualquier lugar urbano. Para todo se necesita auto.
2. la seguridad: nos entregaron un juego de llaves de metal y la casa queda sola. Cualquiera puede copiar las llaves y volver a visitar a los huéspedes que siguen.
3. la falta de puerta en la ducha: si uno se baña, el otro no puede dormir ni escuchar la TV. solo puede mirar como se baña el otro.
4. La falta de ascensor o ayuda para subir y bajar maletas; del Garage a la recepción hay un piso y otro más a las habitaciones. ¿dos pisos por escalera sin ascensor en un hotel 5 estrellas?
5. las habitaciones dan todas al mismo salón común que es donde pasan todos los huéspedes y donde se toma el desayuno. aunque las ventanas son aislantes las puertas dejan pasar el ruido y se escucha todo lo que pasa dentro de la casa.
6. Los dos restaurantes: no los vi. En la casa no estaban y no había ninguna indicación que dijera donde estaban.
