The room was exceptional it was luxurious and at the same time warm and inviting with attention to detail second to none. The fresh fruit bowl was a welcome delight. The location was perfect for a day and evening in Paris walking distance to major attractions surrounded by leafy streets and fabulous eateries. Attending the Matisse at the Grand Palais conveniently located just a short walk was a highlight .
However it was the client service from arrival at reception to departure that sets this boutique hotel apart from others, the early morning coffee on my day of departure prepared and delivered by the concierge was possibly the best coffee I had tasted after a month in Europe.
Dining in the restaurant was like everything at this hotel a complete experience in 5 star quality.
Every staff person delivered the same high standard of service. As a woman travelling on their own who books many hotels for travel San Regis is the dream online booking. The hotel exceeds expectation with quiet luxury and exceptional service delivery

We enjoyed 6 nights at San Regis and had a lovely stay. The location is walkable to anything in the 8th and many sites, yet set off what feels like a side street, making it a calm and peaceful escape from the bustling Champs Elysee and city. The room with a balcony and Eiffel Tower view was something we enjoyed and recommend. Seeing the twinkling lights on the tower each night from the comfort of your own space is magical. The concierge and front desk team are friendly, helpful, and cheerfully greet you upon entry and exit each day. They also were sure to share a special birthday amenity and wish on my special day - which was thoughtful and appreciated. Although we explored the city and ate off property most days, we did enjoy a breakfast in the restaurant at the San Regis and it was delicious with a beautiful ambiance. I highly recommend a stay at San Regis if you are looking for a wonderful location in the 8th, with friendly people and beautiful accommodations in an elegant bespoke boutique setting.

You should teach a class to other hotels on how to treat guests. I felt like family and everyone seem to really care that I feel at home in Paris

We just returned from 5 nights in a Junior Suite. Upon arrival, we were treated like royalty, and that level of service continued throughout our stay. The room was exactly as depicted on the website. The hotel is conveniently located, but tucked away in a lovely neighborhood in the 8th, around the corner from the Dior Galleria, near the Seine, and a short walk to loads of shopping, museums, and dining. We will be delighted to return. Thank you for a wonderful stay during our first trip to Paris!

This is one of my very favorite hotels in Paris! I book it every time I go now. The satff is amazing and friendly, the rooms are all areas are spotlessly clean, and the rooms are pretty.

I found the San Regis 5 years ago, and it has become our go-to Paris hotel. The location is ideal, just steps from Avenue Montaigne. The rooms are lovely, breakfast is amazing, and drinks are outstanding. I love that the hotel is small and quiet, providing a refuge from the fast pace of Paris. Most of all, the staff is wonderful. They are always excited to see my family and me and are so welcoming and attentive. We have now stayed at the San Regis 4 times and can't wait for the 5th.
