location perfect and as we booked the junior suite with balcony, great view of Paris and Eiffel Tower - my recomendayiojn is to have breakfast at the balcony with Eiffel Tower view! we will never forget

Excellent all round
Pros:

I discovered this hotel a couple of years ago and love it. Not cheap, of course - but accommodation in Paris is very expensive and this is very good for the standard of accommodation and service. It's privately owned and you can tell.

The hotel is not at all up to the standards of a 5-star property
Pros:

The location is definitely the best aspect of the hotel and probably the only truly strong point. Some members of the staff also try to address room issues with a kind and helpful attitude, although this is effective only up to a certain point.

Cons:

We had a major issue with the room as the heating was not working properly. An electric heater was provided as a temporary solution, but it was placed only in the main room, leaving the bathroom very cold. A room change was not proactively offered and had to be requested, which caused inconvenience as we had already unpacked after being told the issue would be resolved.

The second room was also problematic and not properly prepared. The heating system was leaking water in part of the room, so we had to place a bucket to manage it. The room was missing basic amenities such as a hair dryer, which we had to request, and the in-room phone had a malfunction causing a continuous noise even after being unplugged. Additionally, the room was difficult to access.

Ich habe zwei Nächte im Hotel San Régis in Paris verbracht und war rundum zufrieden. Das Personal, sowohl im Restaurant als auch an der Rezeption, war außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gemütlich, alles war hervorragend organisiert. Das Hotel hat meine Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen. Ich werde sehr gerne wiederkommen und kann das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

A Memorable Experience at the San Regis Hotel Paris
Pros:

May stay at the San Regis Hotel was a wonderful experience, a home away from home. The employees are wonderful, friendly and so helpful, I felt truly at home there. The room was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. The restaurant is great, wonderful food and wine. Thank you to all for making our stay memorable!!!

Perfection!
Pros:

This hotel was beautiful! Location was amazing...Conveniently located close to a metro stop. Nice area to walk in day and night, and safe. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and had all the amenities we could need. Hotel staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious as well. Will definitely stay here again!

Hotel San Regis, in the heart of Paris
Pros:

We husband & I stayed at Hotel San Regis for Christmas, this is our second visit.
All the staff are extremely friendly, our room was beautiful, amazing food, helpful concierge & great location walking distance to Eiffel Tower & Arc de Triomphe.
Would highly recommend as outstanding Hotel.
