Bel hôtel ,le seul personnel parlant anglais est la réceptionniste qui était tres gentille. Le petit déjeuner était assez diversifié. Hotel est calme .et propre, chambre de bonne dimension.

Cons:

Les massages pas très professionnels, au bout de quelques minutes on vous demande si vous ne désirez pas autre chose pour 1 million 5 vd, si vous dites non on vous lave les pieds et c est fini à 500 vds la petite heure...

The hotel urgently needs maintenance!!!
Pros:

The bed was ok.

Cons:

The hotel urgently needs maintenance, everything is very old, the gym is falling apart, and the breakfast is horrible, full of fried food and unhealthy options. Imagine me, a vegetarian? I didn't eat there once. For the price I paid, it could be much better. I wouldn't return.

Pros:

The place has a phenomenal gym; good variety for breakfast; Tien -- who is part of the morning staff -- is especially helpful. My room was spacious and comfy plus no A/C blowing down right on my face.

Cons:

While the hotel is very nice, I'm not sure this is a place I would recommend for Westerners as I was pretty much the only one in the hotel and it is somewhat isolated. Note: If you're interested in the normal touristy type things, I didn't find this hotel particularly helpful. I had to go somewhere else to find the type of tour I was looking for. Absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel; rather, I just do not think it is catered for Westerners.

Excellent stay in beautiful hotel
Pros:

Excellent first rate hotel. Nothing could have been better here. Room was huge with views over the city. It had both bath and shower. Staff were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was plentiful.

Cons:

Not many restaurants nearby.

Nice hotel, The Vissai hotel near Techcombank, MB Bank, Winmart market. 18 floor view city very nice. I go to Pho co Hoa Lư by Walk. I like breakfast, delicous and staff always smile. I will come Back.

Do not stay here!!
Pros:

Nothing online will prepare you for the construction zone that is Vassai. The only functioning portion of this hotel is the front desk, and 1/2 of the restaurant on the first floor. No pools, no bars, no cafe. Not even the parking lot at the front entrance is free from construction.

There is an employee sweeping the lobby 24/7 due to dirt and dust in the air. Not a word when we booked and not a single consession was offered during our stay.

Then there’s the noise. 7am - 10pm (even Sunday) with the grinders, concrete saws, and Jack hammers. The sound moves through the bones of the hotel like your mouth in a dentist chair. Nowhere to hide from it.

Rooms are old and musty. AC is marginal at best. There are piles of debris everywhere. Not trash…steel, concrete, tools, heavy equipment, etc.

Don’t do it!
