Sehr schöne Unterkunft in toller Lage.
Pros:

Tolle Lage, schöne und große Zimmer.

Cons:

Leider hat der Pool nicht funktioniert als wir da waren. Aber es war sonst alles super!

Pros:

From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by the attention of the hosts. Even though it was late, Piya escorted us to the room, which is large. The bed is also large. Even though the hotel is on the main street, it was very quiet.
The rooms are cleaned every day, but you have to leave a note on the door if you want them to clean it.
Every day we found 2 bottles of drinking water at the door.
Clean and large swimming pool, beach towels in the room. To the beach - just cross the road, maximum 2 minutes walk. The hotel has free sunbeds.
The host Sucheela works in the restaurant and will cheer you up! By the way the food is very tasty and the prices are good!
The hotel is located in a central location. Next to 7/11. Around there are many places where you can eat, massage salons, travel agencies.

Pros:

The location was great, just over the road from Lamai beach. The lady who owns the property is absolutely lovely and so helpful! The restaurant linked the property is great, food and drinks were lovely as well as private sunbeds! Really good value for money.

Awful
Cons:

I have wrote a complaint i am waiting for an answer please read it .I had a nasty fall because the air con dried water all over the tiled floor .I reported it and they just cut the pipe and left a bucket for us to empty ease read my full report I sent earlier

Pros:

The owner is truly exceptional: always helpful, kind, and ready to assist with anything. She arranged my scooter rental, booked a taxi for me choosing the most affordable option, and even helped with currency exchange to make things easier for me.
A warm, attentive service — definitely 10 out of 10.
An hotel like this is not for the picky, but the owner really makes the difference.

Had four days to kill on KS, and the hotel did the job in terms of facilities and location.
Pros:

Good location in Lamai, helpful people on the hotel reception.

Cons:

It was fine, but nothing special really. Usual Thai 'resort' hotel, pool was enjoyable and the location was very good.

Отличное местоположение .спокойно и уютно.
Pros:

Номер был достаточно уютным,кровать удобная,приятный балкон,чистый бассейн.пляжная сумка очень выручила.на ресепшен можно взять подстилку для пляжа.Хозяйка любезно позволила пользоваться парковкой отеля бесплатно,даже после нашего выезда.очень за это благодарны ей.Несмотря на то ,что отель не новый,все функционально и комфортно,удобное расположение,тишина,рядом 7/11.

Cons:

Хотелось бы,чтоб персонал более тщательно следил за чистотой.Кафель и жалюзи в санузле,чайные чашки с налетом.если бы все это было идеально чистым,было бы гораздо приятнее.
