Świetny hotel na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Śniadania bardzo zróżnicowane - nawet przy dłuższym pobycie nie ma problemu z wyborem. Siłownia i centrum fitness wyglądało na bardzo profesjonalne (niestety nie udało mi się skorzystać). Podobnie basen oraz sauna.
Był problem z klimatyzacją - cały czas grzała zamiast chłodzić. Jako rozwiązanie zaproponowano wiatrak, co nie pomogło. Mimo to obsługa bardzo pomocna, w przypadku innych problemów.

I have stayed there several times before and can confidently say that it was a real pleasure.
The main reason would be the personal attention to your staff.
I like to take a moment to add a special thank you to Igor for his personal attention and support during our stay. Originally, I had a room with poor lighting, which also smelled like someone had smoked in it. Igor made sure to quickly find me another room which was appreciated. Additionally, he helped me and my other colleagues with hotel services, directions and other local information about our stay and nearby attractions. He was very attentive, spoke perfect English and was easy to communicate with. It certainly made our stay very comfortable.
We were all very happy to stay there again and will be returning for our next business trip in the future.

We originally had a room which smelled like someone smoke in it. Although disappointed it was corrected very fast.
First, would like to thank manager Igor. Highly appreciate his hospitality and help during stay. Every question was solved with his immediate help.
Location is good, rooms are good.
Working time of hotel restaurants are poor ((
I liked the hotels high quality and hospitality. I really appreciated Igor (Guest relations manager) for his accommodation and hospitality to our group with halal food recommendations and activities. He really made our trip easier and more enjoyable.

All was excelent
Everything was very nice in this hotel, the stay, the good service especially from Peter - he tried to make my entire stay quite comfortable, he also eloborated the places to go in Ningbo.
The only thing is the location, it is quite far from shops & restaurants, especially in humid weather. But with a car ride this is easily fixed.
The location is great and lots of facilities in the hotel
The rooms all smelt of smoke and it is horrible! I asked to be moved from the first room and moved to a non smoking room. I was eventually shown 5 different rooms but all smelt of smoke. I was told although they were non smoking rooms people ignore that and smoke anyway. It made the stay very unpleasant and I wouldn't stay again for that reason.

Staff does not speak English. Was given a smoking room (officially non-smoking, but full with smoke smell). No resolution to the problem.
Good and clean. Only disappointed is the have strong smokes smell. I think it’s need to aware on this
