Security staff opening and checking the lady cleaners personal small bags ...as they left the Hotel
. .having completed their work shift
.....plainly seen by hotel guests...and the public
. ......in the main entrance, in front of hotel door entrance....these ladys work hard and are very friendly

The price of cleaning-laundering clothing is way ,way too expensive....and to be honest they did not do a great job.

AC didn’t work moved 2nd room there also AC didn’t work for first night slept with no AC. Bathroom dirty and Lenin also . They can keep hotel cleaner

Pleasant but could've been better.
Pros:

Rooms was clean and spacious. Large window was great for natural light

Cons:

The pillows were too big and not suitable for sleeping. Bathroom door had a small gap and that was an inconvenience.
Neighbouring room had folks playing loud music till 3 AM and calls to the reception at 12:30 AM was not answered. So, we had to bear the noise and couldn't sleep well.
The carpet in hallway was dirty and broken in a lot of places on 2nd floor

Quorum needs a make over. Courteous staff.
Pros:

Staff are courteous. Checkin is easy.

Cons:

Room badly needs repair. Edges of walls and wood work are damaged. Corridor carpets are very dirty, damaged and stained. Parking is a little difficult for big cars.
