Pros:

Ett fantastiskt boende. Enkelt men ett helt fungerade rum. Personalen var så hjälpsam med allt, tips på restauranger, stränder, café, tvätt, moped hyrning. Hur trevliga som helst, hade stannat längre om jag kunde!

Hötel sympa, vintage, à essayer, bien situé. J'y retournerai.
Pros:

Acceuil chaleureux. Le personnel à la réception est serviable, disponible et peut vous conseiller pour faciliter vos déplacements et activités.

Hötel et chambre très propres. Ménage complet de la chambre à tous les jours. Petit balcon.

Two 'GEMS' at reception🙂
Pros:

We loved this hotel. It was really clean and the location was perfect, in the centre but not noisy. The ladies at reception are the kindest, sweetest souls. They made us feel so welcome from the minute we arrived untill we left. They assist with recommendations and helped us book our ferry. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Freundliches und bemühtes Personal
Kulante Regelung bei der Stornierung: Ich hatte ursprünglich drei Nächte gebucht, bin jedoch nur eine Nacht geblieben und konnte den Rest kostenlos stornieren. ABER: ich hatte gefragt ob Sie ein sauberes Zimmer haben: die Antwort, ja haben Sie die sind aber teurer... okay - daraufhin bin ich dann gegangen - habe den vollen Preis für die erste Nacht bezahlt

Cons:

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis eher schwach (über 1500 Baht pro Nacht nicht günstig)
Zimmer in keinem ordentlichen Zustand
Technische große Mängel vorhanden - offene Kabel direkt auf Kopfhöhe am Bett, Kühlschrank nicht geputzt etc.
Sehr schlechte Sauberkeit, insgesamt sehr dreckig
Fazit:
Ich kann die vielen guten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen und würde die Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen.

Tout! Super bien équipé et super propre!
Toujours de l’eau à disposition, une Clim de dernière technologie et lit SUPER confortable !
Et je tiens à souligner la grande gentillesse des propriétaires, des femmes douces et agréables !
Elles vous conseilleront pour vos sorties et vos déplacements. Des personnes qui vous chouchoutent!
10/10 je reviendrai pour sur ! Sans compter que le prix de la chambre est abordable !

Modern apartment, great location, walkable beach distance
Pros:

Although I have booked the 4th floor I was placed in a ground level studio/apartment/room which is very modern and not in the main and slightly dated building. The elderly ladies at the reception were super friendly and helpful. The location is really great. Right in the centre of beach road, tucked in in a little side street, so the street noise is noticeable but not annoying. Beach access is within a 5 min walk and there a free sun-beds available from cafes/restaurants if you buy a drink or grab something to eat.

Cons:

Well, for some it’s a plus but not necessarily for me. The aircon is quite strong even on the lowest fan level and 26C. I used a towel to cover the direct airflow onto the bed (and face)

Très bon acceuil et bon rapport qualité/prix
Pros:

Très bon accueil, le personnel est très gentil et souriant. La chambre est propre avec frigo, bouteille d'eau tous les jours, bouilloire avec café et thé et un petit balcon. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Très bien placé avec le night market à 5 min à pied.

Cons:

Chambre pas très moderne mais très bien quand même.
Chambre avec vue sur d'autres bâtiments mais éloignés donc pas gênant.
