Pros:

le personnel est très accueillant, parle très bien le français. service rapide lorsque le lampadaire s'est cassé

Cons:

la chambre était très petite mais surtout la douche.
Très compliqué de se laver. Mais ce n'est pas une chose qui m'empêchera de revenir dans cet hôtel

Perfect choice of hotel for staying in Venice
Pros:

Perfect hotel. Stayed for 3 nights and the hotel exceeded our expectations. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Booked a room with a canal view, very beautiful. Room is big enough, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, big wardrobe, fridge, hairdryer, kettle, everything that's needed. Room was cleaned every day, towels changed and teabags added too. Excellent location just a few minutes walking from sightseeings. Breakfast was very good and tasty. Really recommend!

Pros:

Hotel idéalement situé, ancien bâtiment avec beaucoup de charme, très bon accueil.
Proprété et état général.
Trés bons petits déjeuners, avec de la variété et de la qualité.
Superbe salle du petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Souci d'insonorisation: on entend bien le réveil des voisins, et leurs conversations.
Surface de chambre un peu limite.
Literie correcte, mais confort basique.
Pas de vrai jus de fruit au petit déjeuner.

Lack of any ready hot water. A bathroom that was well below any standard of sufficient room. Breakfast is as less than average for choice

Tutto... Dalla posizione alla camera allo staff... A 5 minuti a piedi da piazza san marco, alla Fenice e dietro alla scala del bovolo. Camera junior suite molto bella e di giuste dimensioni... Lo staff sempre disponibile e gentile...
