Comfortable and clean in a good location.
Pros:

Good location, everything was walkable and the property was surrounded by restaurants and coffee shops. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and the staff were helpful booking onwards travel for me.

Cons:

The only thing was the shower was a shower/bath combo but I knew that prior to booking.

Location was great, staff were great they organized a great sightseeing day trip and organized a limousine bus to pick us up and take us to our next destination, the room was a good size and it was quite for sleeping, breakfast was ok. Good value for the price.

Cons:

The older lady in the kitchen picked her nose and didn't wash her hands.

The name is completely accurate - friendly and lovely!
Pros:

Absolutely adorable hotel with super friendly staff and great facilities and services. They were able to help us by providing a speedy laundry service and this was deeply appreciated. The room was lovely with powerful aircon and a great shower. The price and proximity to the Perfume River mean I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nhân viên ở đây rất thân thiện, từ cô chủ đến các chị, các cô đều có thái độ phục vụ tốt. Khách sạn sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi và phòng ốc khá rộng rãi. Gia đình mình có em bé nên còn được hỗ trợ bố trí phòng rộng hơn, rất thuận tiện.

Bữa sáng buffet chưa thật sự đa dạng, tuy nhiên xét trong mức giá phòng đã bao gồm ăn sáng thì chất lượng như vậy là phù hợp
