Fairly nice room. Everything else is in desperate need of update.
Very hard to communicate in English.
Tasteless breakfast.
Infinity pool was only available to swim at 4:00pm which was kind of a bummer. But there were 2 other pools in the next building with option of closed or open. Walkable to the busy streets of Ninh Binh with food, shopping and other stores.
Infinity pool on the top deck is only open from 4:00pm - swimming is not permitted before this time which was kind of a bummer. But there is another 2 pools (closed and open) in the next building which was convenient. Hotel is in a great location, outside the busy streets but walkable to shopping, dining options and many other stores

Room is comfortable. Service and staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast needs improvement though. Variety is limited and lack taste.
Super Hotel, bestehend aus zwei Gebäuden. Zwei Aussenpools und einen Indoorpool. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht und es war riesig mit super Badezimmer und riesigem Bett. Frühstück ist sehr gut, für jeden etwas dabei. Auch das Essen im Restaurant hat uns sehr geschmeckt. Etwas außerhalb vom Centrum, dementsprechend ruhig. Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht. Der Transport zum Bahnhof ist kostenlos.

The hotel looks nice and modern from the outside and is attached to a convention centre. Positives are the rooftop pool and bar is amazing, room is very large, bed is 6ft and very comfortable and shower is very powerful with hot water and bathroom is a nice size. Staff are excellent and engaging but only a few can converse in English.
Negatives are the breakfast food is below average [food is generally excellent in Vietnam so the bar is set high] with only basic vietnamise coffee on offer and lattes, americanos are a supplimental charge [which is super expensive by vietnam standards], hotel shows signs of neglect, WiFI keeps dropping out, rooms are dated and the hotel is a 3 star by western standards.
Probably the worst thing is the location which is in the middle of nowhere in a industrial area/building site with very limited facilities other than a nightclub. Do not stay here if you want to enjoy Ninh Binh.
Beautiful architecture of hotels and surroundings. Quiet, nice view with moutain, greenery... staff are very nice, helpful, and friendly. Breakfast buffet are perfect with impressive varieties.
2014年からベトナムに出張し始めたが、当初はこちらが常宿だった。改装と増築されたとの報を受け、再訪。
部屋の窓、水回り、窓の作りなどリフォームされていた。基本的にはあまり変わらない間取を懐かしく感じた。
ただ、ネットTVはNo signalで全く見られず、音の無い夜を過ごした。
内線で予約したマッサージに行くと、受付た相手はおらず、予約も通っていなくてかなり待たされた。
朝食は新館に移動。大雨で濡れた連絡通路が不便で滑って転びそうになった。
食事メニューは豊富で、以前に比べて美味しくなったと感じた。
スタッフは英語が堪能な人が増えた。
旧館の宿泊代がかなり上がったが、その価値が食事だけだと、納得感は薄い。
連泊はないかな。

Hotellet trænger til en make over, og åbningstider til swimmingpools der er kundevenlige - der er lukket mellem 11-14 - og det i et land, hvor man netop forventer at kunne bade mens det er varmest. En tåbelig regel.
Værelserne er uddaterede, og selvom de var lavet i gode materialer, så efterlod de et undervældende indtryk.
Personalet er super venligt og hjælpsomt.

its really more like a convention hotel, staff was not much accommodating until i spoke to manager- ok after that, pool outside not very clean
breakfast choices limited- again good for convention etc not so much for individual travellers

Really clean , bright . Meet expectation
The hotel was great. Room was large, bed comfortable. The staff was super friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet was great qnd we enjoyed dinner as well.
We stayed here shortly before and during Tet, so was odd in that it was like us qnd maybe two other families our first night. The restaurant was open during Tey which was a blessing as almost nothing in town was.
