Enjoyed the stay
Pros:

Room where very clean and when we went out for sightseeing they came and clean the room and also put new towels also hotel breakfast was amazing variety where available also I also dinners and lunch and it was affordable

Cons:

They had joint two single bed to make it double so there was constant gap in between.

Decent hotel and value for money.
Pros:

At this price it's a decent option. Staff at the front desk was good and communicated well with us

Cons:

The manager at Buffet was not very polite. Not that he spoke with us badly but our neighbouring table guys asked for something and he sounded impolite, that's not how hospitality people should respond. He needs to be taught how to speak with guests. No hard feelings for him, just a suggestion.

Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mumbai.
Pros:

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Oriental Aster, Mumbai. The room was spacious, spotless, and equipped with all the facilities and amenities needed for a comfortable stay. All the staff members were welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help.

A special mention to KK from the Front Office, who greeted us every day with a warm smile and made us feel truly welcome. The F&B team was also excellent—attentive, courteous, and provided great service throughout our stay.

The property’s proximity to the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharajj airport is an advantage. The front desk staff and entire staff is efficient and helpful. The place / rooms are clean and well maintained.
