Very unpleasant experience
Pros:

Just the location, but this is just a 1 star property

Cons:

It’s a defraud the room was not clean plus it’s deception as it is not a 4 star rather a 1 star hotel. But teh staff were nice.

COMFORTaBLE STAY
Pros:

A very clean and safe hotel. Rooms are beautiful and spacious. Receptionist people are very accomodating. And KK from front office was very kind and helpful. He made sure that I have all the things I need for a comfortable stay.

great value for money in comfortable, urban hotel
Pros:

Very friendly staff and good hotel. The room had a nice size, the bed was comfortable and I felt very relaxed. The restaurant and the outside area is really nice to have.

Cons:

It was a little bit difficult to figure out how to turn on the different lights in the room.

Is in a seedy part of town. Missed seeing the hotel twice. Impression given is that it has some grand entrance but once you walk in you realise it is not.
