Room was not confirmed to property owner by expedia .it was not expected by such a responsible organization...poor management

Difficult to find. Very basic cold water flat. Wifi comes in and out.

There is nothing called as good in this property, it's just that it is near to Airport so ideal for transfers.

This facility was over priced and condition of the property, rooms and facilities are in no way justified, Another such Airport transit facility, that is even closer to the Airport is much better and reasonably priced.

Location is in a shady place, the place is an apartment where we are requested not to use common area, WiFi is pathetic and so is the house keeping

The hotel was not well kept. The bed looks like someone else slept in it. No air conditioning and many mosquitoes flying around. The bathroom needs more work to be done on it. I had to leave within 1 hour and go to another hotel. I felt bad for the staffs but more work need to be done. However, it close to the airport.

Room cleanliness was not very good. Towels were not laundered well. The hotel is in a narrow street with not a great neighborhood.

Arra Suites is a 3-story building with very basic, hostel- level rooms with private baths. Some rooms are air-conditioned. The facility is located in a small mixed commercial- residential neighborhood across from a small hospital several miles (500-rupee taxi ride) from the Bangalore airport. The rooms can be noisy, owing to neighborhood noise. The staff is gracious and helpful. Possible to order simple food for delivery to the Arra Suites.

The hotel associates and staff are very courteous and responsive. The hotel is close to the airport and is ideal for short stay.

Not too fancy, but clean and ideal for a transit.

Good choice if you have a long layover at the airport. The hotel is about a 10 minute ride from the airport, comfortable and clean rooms and reasonably priced room-service menu. The staff were very responsive and friendly.

close to the Bangalore international airport. staff -----very courteous And helpful . overall We had positive experience.Would recommend without reservation.

We recently booked this hotel for staying a night to catch a flight. I should say that I had a wonderful experience from the hotel in all aspects. First of all I checked in very late instead I had informed to have checked in before 8 pm. The staff in the hotel was supportive and courteous.

Just needed a stay near the international airport and it worked out fine. 10 mins to the port, perfect. Very helpful staff.

As a place to stay waiting overnight for a flight, it was excellent. Rooms are not fancy but it is 15 minutes from airport, has welcoming staff, food was excellent and cost was minimal.

Staff is very helpful, they came out in the dark of the night to look for me. They do a shuttle service which costs extra

OK for a quick stop-over for a few hours. Would avoid if with family - excessive noise pollution, bathrooms not up to standard, and rooms not clean (e.g., dirty sheets, smell). Wifi did not work. Pros included provision of bottled water, large size of suite, and location. Left before we had a chance to try the breakfast but not sure we're adventurous enough to eat here.

Basic room with friendly, helpful staff and good food. More than acceptable for an overnight stay.

This was chosen as a quick transit rest due to its close proximity to BIAL. I am little disappointed with the facilities vis-à-vis the price. I had a nice sleep though. The staff were courteous and good. Food is passable and not recommended. There is no toothpaste or brush kept in the bathroom though the management claim it to be a 3 star rated.
